I ordered from Tunercult over Christmas for a sale as a gift for my brother (who has been asking for it for a long time). They gave me a tracking number so I was quite confident it would make it to our home. I check here and there, I was quite lenient because it was Christmas rush. a month has passed and I found out that the tracking has not changed. I contacted them around January and they said they are working "very hard" to send all the items. But that month passed and I contacted them again. Unfortunately, 2 months turned to 3 and then 4 and 5 and so on. I have not received anything and the tracking remains unmoved. Mind you, I contacted them through email and phone calls but have always ignored it.
