I booked a couple of tickets online with this rather large bus company in Mexico. Within a minute I realized I picked the wrong city which happened to be on the way to my destination city. I called them immediately to correct the reservation and they told me that not only could I not correct the reservation but they would charge me a cancellation fee and force me to order a new tickets to the same destinations. But the silver lining was they said they would give me a 70% reimbursement on the ticket I just purchased. Then, they sent me a message showing me all the proof that I would have to require to achieve that 70% reimbursement which was literally impossible. In other words, it’s an absolute sham of a service. These people take advantage of mistakes and will screw you over at every turn. Beware of horrible business practices that Unfortunately diminish the reputation of tourism scams in Mexico and Mexico in general As a large tourism company That serves or scans the international community.
