I have done tons of research on this company and hoping to share it with people that are in the same boat as me. In hopes that you guys will share and do the same. I have been harrassed for months now. Including my family and friends and any one that they can get a phone number to that I have dealings with. They are a collection company.

They are "hired" by anyone who claims you have a debt to them. Without finding out if you truly owe these people anything, they will contact you and demand payment. Keep in mind, they do not get paid, not a single cent until, you, the one that is getting harrased, gives in and pays.

Do not believe any of their legal terms and threatening comments. They can not do anything legal. Only the person who hires them has to eventually stop using this collection company and hire a attorney. (And most peope wont). They just use Tucker because they are free. Yes, free. So whoever is after you, has not had to pay one red cent for people to harrass you. So, dont give in.

They will: call, tect, email, and even create fake social media sites to harass you publically. They will call friends and family and smear your name with lies, (considered deformation of character) Do not answer or reply and eventually they will have to tell their client that they are working for free, wasting their time and will drop the case.

They have been: rude, insulting, have yelled, have laughed, lied, pretended... I dont know how these people can do this for a living without feeling like they are the scum of the earth. I would never hire these people if you are looking to collest a debt. I would be emabarrased to use such a company. Go another route.

Again, if you are being harrassed.. do somethign about it. Help this company get shut down.

You must have been forced to pay your bills. You sound angry!

I highly doubt any company acts like you've stated.

I am thinking you owed and were forced to pay.

Thanks

Tucker Albin & Associates Called us and explained their business, asked us to sign (Docusign) to set up an account. Before we even understood what was going on they were already sending threatening corresponence to our clients that were only mentioned in the phone call.

they are now insisting we have an agreement (contract) and will sue us for any money received from any of our projects without them getting a cut. We have not even sent any documents or real collection information before they began and the project discussed as a maybe in the future was the first one they went after, causing undue harm with our client.

Now they are calling every hour, sending a ridiculous amount of emails and just overall harrassing and threatening us. this all within a 2 week period of the original phone call from them. Obviously, it was not the greatest of ideas to sign anything during a phone call however once again was told it was only to set up an account with them and we would forward any documentation, contracts, invoices etc after the fact.

right off the bat we understood this may not be in our best interest and never responded to any of their correspndences much less sending them legal documentaiton to collect from. richardson texas
