Ordered a rivet clincher. Website stated in stock & 5 available. Never shipped. Would not return emails. I called them by phone, they stated they don't have any and would by the following week, they never shipped and would not communicate. Refund demanded. Had to file a pay pal dispute to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS PLEASE.

After I paid the fee/ including shipping, I contacted them 3 days later to see when I would get a tracking number, they never returned my email, so I contacted them again, no response again. I called them by phone, they said they didn't have the item, but had to have more made and would be shipped within 5 days. They never shipped, and will not communicate anymore. Had to file a pay pal dispute. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PARTY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS ALL THE WAY AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
