Made reservations online following all the directions turning down the "optional" insurance. A week prior to our trip I sent multiple E-mails to confirm but got no reply. Tried calling and got no answer at either of the numbers provided. Arrived to pick up car at Orlando site and was told my deposit of $45.00 was just to reserve the car and didn't apply to the reservation fees. None of that info was on the reservation. Was also told I had to pay for "Sun Pass" for another $200. plus other "fees". The total rental for a econo-box was going to be over $740.00, More than double what my reservation showed. Two other couples came in at the same time and they pulled the same trick on them. They had pre-paid their entire reservations. Like us they said no. TUFlorida wasn't even going to take all of us back to the airport until we raised a fuss. Rented a better car, at the airport,(no shuttle) from Budget for $120.00 less than these rip-off artists were trying to charge. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! Thank God for a credit card company that refused payment to these scammers.
Upon arrival they charged us 90.93 for florida transpotation fee which way not on the web site 48.93 for rental car facility and when i got home 2 days later they charged me 87.07 more for i don't know they wont answer my e-mails.this is a terrible.
