I bought a Tsunami V Power Vapor Kit and the first one worked for about a few hours, than it needed to be charged. After I charged it when I turned it on, the 5 clinks, the buttom does not stop blinking. No matter what I did it would not stop blinking. I called and of course send $5.00 and we will help since I'm under warrenty .
I received it back and it still had the same problem, blinking all the time and when it is blinking you can't get any smoke. I called customer service and told them they did not fix the problem.. I was told maybe I wasn't working it right or the coil was bad, how could the coil be bad when I only used it for a few hours. Needless to say, they said we will send another battery for you, which I thought that would be great.
Received the new battery and you guessed it, the same thing. I cleaned all parts and yes like I can read instructions. So I send both back and told them about the blinking, both were doing it. Custumer Service called me and told me nothing is wrong with either of the batteries, it must be the coil so they send both back with 2 new coilds.
Once again I cleaned the tank and replaced the coild, guess what the battery was still blinking, both of them. Did the quality control people even try to see if it was blinking. I would say not.
I'm over it, they do not even try to correct the problem. I'm out $50.00 but I can't put up with there saying it is something that I'm doing, is it my fault that there product is bad.
Before I buy another will be sure to look on internet and get reviews, for something that works.
