***Alert beware***** don't go to this non-reputable dealership named "trust capital automotive group, llc i went with a friend to purchase a vehicle , the car he saw online on cargurus for $4,900. He called the dealership and spoke to the owner tshwanda harris-lane, he asked her to bring down the price to $4,600 she told him yes! The vehicle was a '13 ford fiesta. Long story short the car was not there when we went there. She told us she wanted $4,900 for it after she said on december 11th via phone she would sell it for $4,600. On december 12th we went there and we told her we have to run to the bank to get the rest of the money, because she changed up on the last minute!!! She went to get the car from the warehouse. She **never** asked him to test drive the car! She sold the car at a wholesale price but on paper work she has it as a deposit/ retail installment however said she drove the car there and it wasn't shanking. She said she would pay the sales tax and all other stuff. He told her the car was shaking and stalling when he pulled off on top of that the seats were completely disgusting and stained including the interior roof! I called her and she was gone. He called the next day and she told him to take the car to a reputable mechanic, and not bring it to her because her mechanic does "light duty mechanical work" she told him to check the tires, we did and took it to a transmission shop.... He called her the next day and she was out of town per tiffany's words. My friend sent her an email saying they told him their was something stuck in the transmission she told him " you took a car sold as is too a transmission shop" one who says that???? She said her husband knows whats going on with the car, tshwanda said that she dont care about the tires, she cares about whats wrong with the transmission "so she can get it fixed" via recording! They dont want to give him his money back nor fix the car, so arbitration is where its going.
