Tim arrived at my house for a quote after contacting him through Thumbtack, he took some measurements for a simple dog run enclosure. He said he would have it done in three weeks needed half for materials so I wrote him a $350.00 dollar check.
Install date came and went, sending a few texts Tim said he had equipment trouble and needed another week, we setup a 3rd time for Tim to show up and install my simple dog run and he was incapable of keeping that appointment. Asking for a refund he ceased all communication, would no longer pickup the phone.
I found this company through Thumbtack.com and hired him to put up a wrought iron fencing around my travel trailer on my property. He took my deposit, but never came to finish the work. After having to hound him for days, he came once to my house and installed 4 fence posts out of 14 posts.
In addition, he did not cement the posts in deep enough so they are actually loose in the ground. I can literally lift them out. He has not returned and will not answer my correspondents view text messages nor did he answer my messages through Thumbtack. I have reported the company to Thumbtack and they have tried contacting him with no avail.
Thumbtack has removed his company from their site. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company next week. DO NOT TRUST THEM, HIRE THEM nor GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. The person's name is Timothy Earnest Russell.

Being self employed myself I thought it would be nice to support local business owners.
Tim came out and took measurements and quoted me $800.00 stating he needed 1/2 right away. He had me send $400.00 via Pay Pal to his wife being that he didn't have any access to Pay Pal or Venmo. After several months, several calls and texts I reached out by social media once again to contact him. His wife Nancy contacted me with the same scam verbiage I have been reading about regarding their misfortunes and how I was ruining their business; very hostile messages. At that point I decided to request my $400.00 back via PayPal. Still no refund and still no gate. Please be careful. This seems to be an ongoing scam that they both are involved in. Shame on me for not doing my research prior.
