True Build Credit The Corporate Credit Network Internet

True Credit Build is a SCAM. They target Entrepreneur with no business credit with promises of obtaining business credit without using your personal information. I spoke to 3 representatives. ALL 3 claimed something different but their main claim was that I would have to get an account with one of their vendors. Once I' approved for the account I could business ANYTHING I want with no purchase requirements. However, once True Build Credit got my money they claimed that they will give me a list of vendors and I would have to call apply for a account/invoice. In some cases I would be REQUIRED to pay up front. And that I had to choose a product of $50 or more. They claimed that a representative would be assigned to my case but I could never get in contact with him. My calls always went to voice mail. I spoke to my rep ONCE and was not please and became convinced that their service was not for me. Now they claim they don't give refunds. This company is a BIG SCAM. They fed off your desire to want to build credit for your business. At the end your better of building credit yourself.

This industry relies so heavily on the client’s relationship with the support staff – it is imperative that there be a level of mutual respect and excellent guidance on the part of our employees. Each client that we take on is enlisting a program and a process that takes months and for some that want to go over and above, years. It isn’t like the retail industry where there is a simple tradeoff between consumer and clerk; it’s an extensive process that requires our support staff to be well informed and have exceptional leadership” says mike berrien. Truebuild has pledged themselves to weekly support meetings to discuss customer service and, as a team, make decisions to benefit their clients and improve their communication. By holding conference meetings involving each member of the support department, this allows their employees to discuss specific client concerns as well as general ideas to improving their work as a whole and provide their clients with a level of customer service that goes beyond the client’s expectations.

Truebuild has also made improvements by clarifying to customers what qualifies for a refund as mike states, “this is a service that the clients are paying for and therefore refunds are a subjective matter. It just isn’t as easy as returning an item to a retail store. When an issue arises, we make a point to show our clients that they have strengthened as a company and have made improvements that, in a way, limit what we can reimburse them for but we evaluate their situation extensively and make the appropriate accommodations to the best of our ability and judgment. We always take the word of the client as they are the face of our company and their word, at the end of the day, matters the most.”

Truebulid Credit The Corporate Credit Network Newport Beach Internet

Truebuild promises to help you establish business credit in four months. When I started I already had all of the basics in place. A registered LLC, A DUNS number, a web site, dedicated business phone with 800 number, business fax, real business @.com From GoDaddy E-Mail, 411 listing as well as a Yellow page.com listing, presence on over 200 search engines.Facebook, Twitter. For $800.00 all they did was to send me a list of 5 companys including. Uline. Quill, US Plastics, Grainger, Amsterdam and Vista print. Vista print does not grant credit but only reports a customer experiance. I bought more than $50.00 a month from all of them for the required 2 months plus additional months as well and all are paid on time. Now after many many E-Mail they wont even return an E-Mail and a monthly phone calls the promise to make all stopped as soon as the $200.00 a month for 4 monthes payments were made. Not a responce from them in over 6 months now and its impossible to ever get anyone there by phone. When you inquire about the service they will ring your phone off the hook but after you pay it all changes. If its worth it you to pay $800.00 or more for what I just wrote here then help yourself but I strongly advise you not to. They promise large unsecured credit cards with no personal guarantee but good luck with that one.

No doubt they will file a rebutal and say I didnt follow instructions but thats totally false. They will also have their large team of writers file good reviews and try to bury all the many bad reviews but dig deep in the reports and you will find them pushed down to the bottom.

Good luck to all and hope this saves you from being ripped off too.

The Corporate Credit Network True Build Credit Internet

This company is at it again and it should be shut down, they do not provide any info or packages that should be given to consumer regarding rules and regulation concerning their company regarding refunds or other wise. They are price fixing and each consumer is paying multiple prices for their service. They are committing Fraud, Negligence and have broken Business Conduct and committed Ethic violation as governed by Consumer Affairs concerning Refund policies. I to was give the run around when asked for a Refund after I found out that my company could not be in compliance under Dun & Bradshaws new rules and regulation. When I asked for a refund due to this matter I was given the run around, I finally talked to CJ walker their sales rep on 7/25/12 and due to this update I was told that my refund would be given in 7 to 10 day I never recieved said refund. I later found out that sale rep was fired regarding this matter. I contacted my credit card company for assitance to no avail because they refused to answer the phone. I continued to call the company until me and the owner Mike Dareon got into a heated argument on 7/30/12 I was then left a voice mail by Mike Dareon aplogizing and stating that the refund of $457.00 had been processed I also recieve a second voice mail from his wife Amanda stating she had processed the refund on the same day it has been over 7 to 10 days and I have not recieved my refund. I feel my money should be refunded and I should be compensated for the negligence, fraud and violation the company committed and the company should compensate all victims who should sue for punitive damages through a class action lawsuit. Consumer Affairs and the BBB have been contacted regarding this matter. I want this company shut down if you can help my please contact me at email: I await your reply

This company advertises as the 'elite' in corporate credit building. Their site and statements from their staff are that your personal credit and income level do not matter - they have the formula for getting you $50,000 of business credit lines within 6 months - guaranteed.

When I signed up I wrote several of the agents at the True Build Program to ensure that their guarantee was what I thought it was. Among the people that wrote back was the Sales Director. This person specifically stated that they guarantee that I would get $50,000 in business credit no matter what my history was. I reconfirmed and even discussed how much of the work (the Dunn and Bradstreet profile, DUNS#, EIN# and 2 year corporate history with my state) was already completed by me. I was still skeptical, but when this Sales Director mentioned another credit building company that I had been misled by and how they were 'scam artists' I was sure that he was legit.

Well, after 12 months I have seen nothing beneficial in my business credit and have no lines of credit. I have followed ALL of the direction provided (very little given by the unskilled technicians who are obviously hourly workers) and applied to everything recommended. I purchase numerous items using the net30 accounts THAT I HAD TO SET UP MYSELF and waited for the reporting to my credit as instructed. I have been moved from technician to technician over 6 times and if I make a complaint about the lack of service they simply reassigned me to another technician that knew less than the last one. On thier site they state they have never been turned down for business credit from certain vendors (IKEA business accounts), well, I was turned down. When I asked for the reason they had nothing to offer but giberish about building the other side of my credit profile - that is what the trade lines were supposed to do!! They then tell me to go back to the net30 vendor and buy more overpriced crap that I don't need, so, I do it and still...nothing changes and my applications are still rejected.

The techs have no answers for why their process is not working after a year and always play defensive when you question thier program. I asked for a refund and was told that 'I do not qualify for a refund' - WHAT? I specifically got the work form the Sales Director that I would get a refund if I didn't get $50K in business credit in 6 months, otherwise, I would not have bought the service.

They state that since they 'worked' on my file for a year I do not qualify for the refund - so, they feel that lifting a finger at some point in the process negates the whole guarantee!! What a scam!

I have done all of the work including applying as directed by their site, purchasing from vendors, ensuring that my corporation is set up correctly, etc, and have NO IDEA what it is that they claim they have "worked" on for the last 12 months - they don't do anything.

Do not sign up with TrueBuild and the CorpBuild.net network. They lie directly to you without any remorse and do not provide the services that they claim. They will bash other services (Thomas Kish) and then turn around and take your money while providing no services.

If you ever get an email from ccn, corp credit.Net or truebuild sm corporate credit program... It is a scam..

Call the police and file a report. These people work together as a scam offering business credit products that will never ever come to reality. There is no such product. I have dealt with pete wood worth, greg boretz, miguel, cj walker, cori and reginald and they all have worked together to give me the run around so that the trial period can be exhausted and i cannot be refunded.

I have called all of the phone numbers -1-800-730-9490, 949-313-7743, 949-313-7839, etc. And i get no answer, even if you call during regular business hours, you are more than likely not get an answer, just a voice mail. I purchased the product on 05/31/2012 through Greg boretz) and since then i was supposed to be forwarded to a technician Miguel) in 48 hours. That call never came. So i called Greg boretz) and looked into it online and found other claims on scamion. They said that the previous claims they had were false allegations. I know now that it was a lie.

So then when i insisted that i wanted a refund, they forwarded me to reginald. Instead of processing my refund of 249.00. They then promised me and ensured me that this was the last time that all of the no response and late follow up would happen.

Reginald then gives me his direct line of 949-313-7743 and it belongs to someone else s name on the voice mail. He in turn has someone else by the name of cori to return my calls. She tries to patronize me and be little me with condescending remarks and i said enough. So i called my bank and they got miguel on the phone who in turn says that the refund policy is accurate within 30 days. Since its 06/20/2012. I said that i would like a refund. He then hung up the phone with the bank representative on the line. They suggested that i file a police report for fraud since they have them on a live recording. They have opened an investigation and are in the process of filing a charge back claim with this company. I will not stop until this business is closed and out of harms way for other non-discerning clients.

This company charged me app. $1800.00, and guaranteed I would have $50,000 minimum business credit in less than 5 months...look at their site...it will tell the same story. after 2.5 months, I had bought 3 pairs of shoes and some office supplies-a far cry from $50,000 in credit. I called the owner of the company, he finally answered the phone, and told me that he was sorry, and that he would put a new girl he had specifically for my account call me within a day-she never did...called the manager back, Tom, (sp) and talked to him and explained the situation...I had 4 conversations with him, the last two being, 1 st, on August 20, 2010, at 12:30 EST, where he told me he had spoken with the owner, Mike, and said they were issuing a FULL refund that day...August 27th rolled around...still no money, called him again, and was told by him that he "didn't have any idea what happened, but would find out and call me back DEFINITELY by the close of business"...he never did.

The bottom line-didn't get what I was promised for whatever reason, simply asked for my money back...didn't get it, and was lied to repeatedly...by the owner, manager, credit counselor, etc...I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF! BE CAREFUL!

The manner is which Corporate Credit Network (CCN) conducts business is disturbing. This company claims that by following its program, it is possible to build excellent business credit within a year. I paid $695 for this program. Nowhere on their website is the cost for the program (or information about a set-up fee) published.

One of the first steps in their program is to establish credit with companies that offer Net 30 payment terms to newer businesses. CCN provides the customer with a list of ONLY 6 companies from which to purchase goods. They suggest spending $70 to $100 for two consecutive months with 5 of the 6 companies. The major problem for me was that there were very few, if any, products these companies sold that were of any use to my business. Also, I question how much a two-month credit history with five companies would effect my business' credit score. I know my personal credit score would not dramatically increase in such a short time with such small purchase amounts.

When I questioned the company regarding their process, I received an indignant email from the company's owner, Mike Berrian. Below are a couple of excerpts from that communication followed by my comments in parentheses.

"Erick your technician worked for a scam artist as the right hand for a man named Ray Reynolds who has burnt more business credit files than he has built." (Am I supposed to be comforted that the person working on my account was the right hand man for an alleged con artist?)

"I dont know how much you paid to join but we can give you a courtesy refund minus the $195 set up fees if this is really the route you want to take." (Why wouldn't Mike know how much I paid? If the program is a lock-step process, doesn't everyone pay the same fee? Where on the website does it state that there's a $195 set up fee?)

After this episode, I inquired about business lending at Wells Fargo Bank. The assistant branch manager stated that Wells Fargo couldn't care less about a business' Paydex score. They are interested in the owner's personal credit history & how much the person's company is making in determining whether to grant the loan.

In my opinion, CCN is a ripoff because 1) they don't charge everyone the same amount of money to join what appears to be the same program and 2) they invent policies as they go along, such as the $195 set up fee that is not documented anywhere on their website.

I would not be surprised if CCN is receiving kickbacks from the 6 companies they insist that their customers buy from -- I'm sure there are MANY more companies that would grant businesses Net 30 credit. Why are there only 6 on CCN's list? My home-based internet business does NOT need industrial vacuums or tool sheds. No smart businessperson buys items he/she does NOT need just to build credit.

CCN needs to state clearly on their website how much their program costs & how those costs break down. This has been an awful experience. I'd rather have taken a match to the $195 than have this company keep one penny of my money.

Smooth talkers with a guarantee you will have 50K credit by the end of the program! The cost of the program was a thousand dollars and while they did get me some credit accounts at places like the FedEx Kinko's Store and Quill.com, there was no loan in site and all I got for my money was lip service!

You can get those starter corporate credit account by yourself. I signed up to get the startup cash I needed to expand my small business but it never happened. Ripoff for sure!

I had the same experience as all the other complaints. 1st that Erick Martinez didn't know what he was doing. After giving him everything he asked for to run reports he tells me he needs more stuff after about 2 months goes by. Unprofessional and incompetent. After months and months I finally get through to the owner via email and he assigns me to a new person who vanishes almost immediately. The 3rd person got me a few gas cards but no $50,000 business credit as promised in 6 months. It was always "waiting for the loan officers to come in". Finally she asked if I would do a loan using my personal info! It's corporate credit!! You ran my reports and took my money because you said my company qualified!!! Finally I emailed the owner and called him a joke. Then I got a lengthy angry response about how he owned 7 companies and had friends in the board room at D&B. He accused me of insulting his employees which never happened. (I've included a copy of the email he sent below) That's when I knew this company was not going to honor anything they said they would do. At the end he said he would look into my file. Never happened. Asked for a refund numerous times and received no response. All in all it has been almost 3 years. STAY AWAY!!!

This company is a big scam and a waste of money. After they get there money from you no more contact from them. I have been sending E-mails to member support for 2 weeks with no response back. I have E-mailed her manager and the same thing no response from her to. I have E-mail customer support same thing no repose from them. I have called left message no call back. No one every answers the phone. I have call every 30 min for a whole day.

The vendor accounts they want you to use in round one are outdated. Most do not even report anymore. I have more updated info on free business credit boards.

Update 04/10/2017

They said they would refund my money over 2 weeks ago. And as of today still have not recived any refund yet. E-mail them them and did not get an answer back from them. They say they have a 100% back guarantee. But i guess thet do not stand behind there words.
