I purchase my house may 2016 from True Homes. I have reported numerous times of a stream going through my backyard each time we have rain or the neighbor Waters their yard. I have also complained as the house was being built the driveway with bottle water. I still have yet had the driveway fixed it's freezing rain and the water is turning into ice. They did try to put a drain halfway through the yard and put sod over top of it which only makes the water stand underneath the side and it pushes the drain up out of the ground. I'm having no luck getting help with the situation and feel like I keep getting put off
