I have been billed $79.95, $69.95, $69.95 all under different names on credit card account. All the same company. Did not get anyone to answer or hung up on. Fake help line address
In March of 2017 I ordered ageless eye reviatlizer and Blissful facial cream from something I saw on Face book. You pay them $5.95 for shipping and have a 14 day trial period. Then if you do not cancel the charged me $94 and $104. The product took 13 days to arrive at which time I was out of town. As soon as I was able I cancelled and called to speak to them about the trial period. I immediately returned the product for a full refund as promised. I received a credit for the $94 but not the $104. I have been calling them weekly about the other refund. They keep telling me there is an invalid processing problem with my card and to contact my bank. The bank says there is no such thing or reason why the credit cannot be issued. The company then promised to send me a check over 40 days ago. NO CHECK! I still call them weekely but keep getting the runaround and lots of apologies.
