Several years ago my PC went out and I didn't know how to fix it so I typed in computer problems and several companies names appeared and ITMaple (1-800-806-0173) answered my call and every time I needed help they gave it but a couple of years ago they were taken over by Troth Solutions and I used them couple of times and never received the service from them I did when it was ITMaple but today when I tried to called them the phone no. has been disconnected and so I don't know how to get ahold of them as my computer screen went blackand I ;am using another computer. After becoming Troth Solutions every time I needed help it seemed like that wasn't the service I had paid for and had to pay more (I know stupid) and I know in total I paid them over $1,000 over time. Now I need help again and they aren't there. I believe at one time I asked one of the techs where he was located and he tole me India.
