SELLER WARNING: I spent much time emailing them hundreds of photos of items that I needed to sell from my historical Jim Morrison 6 u. apt. bldg. as the bldg. had sold & I had a deadline to remove all the items. I then spent much time on the phone discussing, along with emailing, and meeting Todd Larsen (who is actually a RE broker with Triumphant Properties) at the property so he could take his own photos of the items.
Knowing I was under a time restraint, Todd promised to begin the auction preparation immediately. He had me sign a contract and never provided me with a copy despite my numerous requests, which is very unprofessional for someone in the RE business. He provided me a link for the auction the following Monday.
I spread that auction link through my online social media friends. On Tues. I discovered the auction link had been removed. Boom. No warning, nothing. Have never heard from him since he stopped the auction on day 2, leaving me out to dry at the last minute, knowing I was under a deadline.
If you need to sell things, and especially are under a deadline, I would not recommend this company, which is actually Todd and his partner, Steven. Totally undependable. He cost me thousands of dollars in moving costs and I had to leave behind massive amounts of Doors fans memorabilia items.
