Bought a vacation package to Las Vegas Nevada for husbands 81st birthday (4 days 3 nights with several dining vouchers, gambling money, etc plus we had a year & 1/2 to use travel accommodications any where in continental U,S,) $499.00
with the understanding that only if he was able to travel due to Melanoma of liver
Since that time (Mar 2018) he is unable to travel whereupon I contacted TriStar twice & both times was told a refund was being worked on but that they were taking care of many refunds and it would take a while-
now they have blocked their phone & their recording tells us to hang up!
