"I recently contacted Triplenet Pricing INC again regarding non-delivery of
ASIN #B00E58RQ4Q Canon PG-245 Black Cartridge, and in that communication I clearly indicated that I was displeased with the transaction and wanted a refund based on their obfuscation and "broken promises" in all aspects regarding this order. I also left a negative review of my experience on Amazon to advise others what they might experience.
After waiting days for a reply, I finally received a communication from Joe Morris - Customer Service Supervisor at TripleNet Pricing Inc. in which he makes an overt attempt to BRIBE me to remove my feedback regarding this order. My integrity is NOT for sale.
First, they blamed the Carrier, then they claimed"research" to discover the root of the problem, then Joe Morris claimed that "SYSTEM AUTO INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGY" was directly responsible. If they spent as much time and energy fulfilling their commitments as they do denying their mistakes, I wouldn't be writing this review.
My position remains that of an extremely dissatisfied customer simply wanting a refund for my undelivered purchase to which I now must add OUTRAGE at the clumsy and ill-advised machinations by Mr. Morris in his further attempts to obfuscate and cover up his company's shortcomings and lack of moral fiber. I stand behind my review and state again that I just want my money back for a service/commitment that TripleNet Pricing INC failed to deliver on.
No more promises, no more "back door deals", no more lies... REFUND-REFUND-REFUND. It is THAT simple. Honor your commitments."
UPDATE: Triplenet Pricing never delivered the product that I paid for and refused to refund my money. Ultimately, Amazon refunded my money after several communications with them.
I ordered a printer from this company and didn't receive my product until 17 days later. Upon receipt of the printer, I inspected the contents only to discover what appeared to be a refurbished product. The Certificate and instructions were in a foreign language; the box that includes the disk was open and appeared to have been used! I paid $390 for a brand NEW product, not refurbished or used! I graciously accepted the companies apology for the delay and removed the feedback however it is inexcusable to received a used PRODUCT!
Needless to say, I returned the entire shipment the next day. However, only after receiving a delivery confirmation from UPS advising the package was returned successfully and signed for; has the vendor refused to refund me my money!
I am now seeking legal counsel to assist with my refund.
