1. I phoned the company to advise them they had my incorrect Canadian address. The agent's English was deplorable. I had to repeat it at least four times. Even then, the trial product was incorrectly addressed.
2. Approx. two weeks later I was billed for more of the product at: $139.87 and $139.34 respectfully, which I have no knowledge about.
3. I advised my credit card company who advised me they are taking action.
4. Triple J. Health Management LLC have also a Canadian address, but it is a Post Office Box number only. The address in Canada is listed on the label of their product as: PO Box 500, North York, M3J 0J8
I was on a Shoppers Drug Mart website when a pop up ad came on offering a sample of a face cream for $9.95. In a weak moment on my part, as I normally do not but products on the internet, I ordered it. The product was sent via Canada Post and I was shocked to get my VISA statement with charges of over $273.53 Canadian for these two small containers of a very dubious product. I phoned the 1-844 phone number, waited for what seemed like forever, to have the representative ask me to do a survey, etc. and I had to ask her too many times to cancel my order and that I did not want the product. In total I have over $400.00 of phoney charges from this company and have had to phone VISA to cancel my credit card as more of this product is being sent to me. These people are immoral and very dishonest and are scammers as far as I am concerned with giving false and misleading information. I will be very wary next time.
fraud internet company which is not located in Canada
planted virus on CIBC online banking website. I checked it's www.cibc.com.
I had to click the ad on the homepage and chose one free product with shipping fee$2.99. that's how the company collects people's credit card info.
after I chose the product and denied another product, the page came back to cibc homepage and I could login and used my online banking.
the virus makes ppl think we are still on cibc or others' website.
I received two bottles of some shits and around $150 charges.
but capital one didn't believe me, said they have my credit card info so the deal must be agreed by me. what's wrong with these ppl?
I never visited this f**k fraud company's website and never read or sign any conditions and terms with this f**k fraud company.
why capital one customer services do not believe me? anyone has one transaction and holds my credit card info can charge my card as much as they want at any times they like..................because they have my credit card info.........................
what logic I heart from capital one customer service.....................
