I booked my travel with Tripfur in December of 2019 for Jan 2020 travel. Initially, Neeraj gave a good Service, asked Credit card details, then a picture of my credit card front and back, then had to electronically sign the credit card authorization form and then had to send a copy of my US Passport. Everything went well and then entered Shilpa who sent me the electronic ticket. My onwards journey went well.
But during my return, I casually called the airlines the day before to reconfirm my return journey and came to know the domestic connecting flight was cancelled. It would have been a big mess if I would not have called to reconfirm. I tried calling/ Emailed Neeraj from India to USA and he does not respond. Finally early morning at 2.00 am I got a call from Saurabh on the day of travel giving me options. I told Saurabh I have already booked for another domestic flight to Bangalore, since I did not want to miss the International flight to USA and Saurabh said that is excellent and refunded the domestic flight ticket money back to me.
But when I went to the airport, the domestic people say that I have to pay for the 2 big 23kgs check-in Bags (Very Rarely you expect someone Travelling Internationally will come with a Handbag including Laptop with 8KGS). I called Tripfur people and they asked to proceed with the payment and they will reimburse me here in the USA. So I did pay for my baggage. After lots of flight changes reached home. Totally Mad with 40hrs of the journey instead of 24hrs. Had no other option since I had to get back to work.
Since February till June 14th, 2020(Many people entered into the picture(Saurabh, Mandeep, Mohnish, Ashish Etc, Etc) they said they will refund me back my Baggage paid amount(I have all proofs of the email sent by Tripfur people promising me the refund) and it is just a delay due to COVID-19. I believed in them. I started asking them strongly about my refund and received an email on June 14th, 2020 that my refund has been rejected by the management. I sent an email on July 15, 2020, saying that I am going to take legal action and report to BBB. They did not even care or respond back. Now I am frustrated with this guys and have decided to proceed legally. Here my problem is not about money, about the pain I have taken in the airports and about the way I was cheated by this TRIPFUR.COM and TRIPFUR.NET Company. They also operate in the name of SCAMION.com. One more company by name KONASTH SOLUTION P came up in one email. I don’t know what that company is!
FRIENDS PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY/ TIME AND CURSE ON YOUR TRIP BY BOOKING WITH TRIPFUR.COM AND TRIPFUR.NET COMPANY. I HAVE TRAVELED ATLEAST 40 TIMES WITH DIFFERENT AGENTS AND NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF ISSUES. I DON’T KNOW HOW THEY ARE LIVING PEACEFULLY BY CHEATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS WITH OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I bought the tickets from them... Due to corona virus, my flight got cancelled, but they are blaming Lufthansa is charging taxes and they cannot give full refund.

I wouldn't even give one star to this people. I bought a ticket to go to India. The agent was so careless that he gave me separate domestic flight without explaining me. He issued me a domestic tickets both time that l had to run around with luggage at Delhi airport from one airport to another. Domestic flight charged me for all the luggage over 15 lbs. they considered me as domestic flyer. I was allowed to take two bags & he was keep telling me you have only one bag. I came with two bags & they took it from me. He was very careless & I would not recommend them. I was told both times by Airlines agent that if your agent had connecting flight, you could a taken two bags each way & you didn't have to run around with all luggage between two airports. I had to run around with all luggage between two airports & had to pay 3000 RS. for his carelessness
I would have given zero stars if possible. Most of these positive reviews are paid. My husband booked tickets from the us to india. They said that the flight was overbooked and cancelled the flight. Never refunded us the money. Even the rest of the trip that they booked us was horrendous. We were told in france that our boarding passes were not in the system and had to wait until the last minute. We were again told the same in delhi for a flight to hyderabad. I have no idea what kind of back door reservations these guys do. We have been following up for the refund for the trip that they couldn’t book us and we keep getting reply that our case is being processed every time we send an email. Its been over a year, how busy they could be to take one year to process a refund? They are exploiting those who are away and busy. So, stay away from them. We are going back to india soon and are filing a complaint against these guys.
All the reviews which are positive one paid reviews or written by their own staff sitting in India. Let them show reviews by any Americans let’s see. I will never recommend any person to buy the tickets through this travel agency. They are also tied up with another travel agency in Dallas TX for canceling tickets. Kindly complain to airlines will cancel their license which will help many people who lost money like you and me. Even zero star is not worth for these scammers
Oh my God! Where do I even start ? Full of lies and fraud. It's a complete scam. The entire experience was so harrowing, it's going to take me a few days to get over it.
They will sweet talk you into making the payment without a itinerary and then swallow your money and blame the airlines.
Stay away, don't even give your personal details to them.

I booked online trip overseas and paid them $1670.00 on April 12, 2019, Tripfur.com send me perfect looking itinerary with reference number, then try to go to the airline for picking the seat but I need not find my booking, so I called the Tripfur.com their employee Mukul who is in India told me that the flight I was booked got canceled so he will give me another flight, so; I checked with the airline and the flight is still on schedule and flying on time, so I called TRIPFUR again but since they have been giviing me few hours every time I call but they do not give me the confirmation number. I was told by the airline that your name is not on the pessanger list and I have to urgently go will have to buy last minute another ticket. This company is a fraud, they are operating out of India, they supposed to have offie at 34 - 38 12th StreetAstoria, NY United States, but when you call everybody is in India. The owner of the company is Bhushaan or (Pushaan) Sood of NY.

My ticket was cancelled by TRIPFUR and reasons they gave were AIRFRANCE is responsible for cancelling my tickets due to OVEBOOKING which is not true. #TRIPFUR #SCAM I scheduled conference call between Tripfur agent and Airfrance .
Tripfur agent knows he is fraud so he disconnected his call when Airfrance agent was explaining the reasons as how it got cancelled and she has put notation under my tickets all the details. Those of you who are suppose to travel and got affected kindly call AIRFRANCE/ Delta agent on phone # 800-237-2747.
They will clearly explain. Never trust these people any time. They are all fraud. They blame airlines but in reality they have sold our ticket to someone else for high price to make money but they will face consequences for sure. AIRFRANCE clearly told us that TRIPFUR illegally cancelled the tickets on December 13th . These tickets were done bulk booking and they have purchased from Dallas TX office or from some another agent.
They cancelled our tickets quietly on December 13th,2018 and sent us an email December 18th 11:40 pm CST. As soon as we received their email we called them and they let us know that it was quite late at night and we should call in the morning. They also gave several incorrect statements like they were trying to reach us since many days .In reality, they never called us and was waiting till the last minute. The blamed AIRFRANCE for our ticket cancellation and said AIRFRANCE sent them an email after cancelling our tickets from their side. When we asked them to send us the email from AIR FRANCE they denied because their company policy prevents them from forwarding internal email to customers.
Then they were trying to explain that AIRFRANCE had glitch in their software and has cancelled my tickets but in reality these crooks have sold my ticket for very high price to another customer to travel on the same day. They have not only put my travel in jeopardy’s on top of it the TTIPFUR Super visor is coming up with options like NEW RESERVATIONS with totally new COST all over again. The previous tickets money was gone. All eaten by them . They claimed it'll be returned in 10-15 business days or 4-6 weeks and what not. But reality is money has been digested. These new FRAUD SCHEME they are offering at no fault of mine. Please help me as well as all affected customers so that their license is cancelled and in future cannot cheat people and make reservations to their flights.
