Trinity Square Apartments DBA Gaines Investments Trust Sandy Johnson Matt Bersnstein Carmen Suggs wrogful and illegal eviction.
This is my second time posting this negative review. My original posting was deleted. This review is TIME AND DATE STAMPED. This was my experience while living at Trinity Square in the summer of 2017:
I made a noise complaint, notified mgmt who kept making excuses. I finally called the police to make a complaint. Property manager Sandy Johnson chastised me for calling the police, no help at all from her. -Ms Johnson subsequently and falsely accused me of damaging property shortly after I made the noise complaint. The same day she accused me of damaging property, she tried to illegally enter my apartment on at least two different occasions without prior notice (illegally and violation of Texas tenant laws). She came over to my apartment with her crony Andrew, early in the morning, yelling and screaming at me from outside the door to open the door. She was SCREAMING "YOU BETTER OPEN UP!" over and over again. Fortunately, the double bolt was locked and she was unable to get in. She scared me to death with her yelling and screaming.
-She attempted to have me WRONGFULLY AND ILLEGALLY EVICTED. I tried to have a civil convo with her about this over the phone and she was just completely nuts. She then strangely calmed down and said she would let me out of my lease. -I decided to move out on my own accord due to this crazy loon, noise and not feeling comfortable living there anymore.
--She filed false paperwork claiming that I had skipped paying rent. -She realized how ridiculous it was to falsely accuse me of something like that and filed false paperwork that I skipped on rent. She also claimed I damaged the apartment and tacked on ridiculous charges that are totally false. -I refused to pay these "charges" which has since been sent to collections and has damaged my credit. -I have attempted to resolve this through the company GAINS INVESTMENT and they have refused to acknowledge after several letters sent.
-Aside from all the bs I experienced, I still would never recommend this place to anyone. The building is very old and they do not make the appropriate repairs. The parking is terrible and you will get dings and dents in your door, as others have stated. In some cases, you may not even find a place to park, ,so good luck walking around in a dark parking lot, ladies. NOT SAFE. -MATT BERNSTEIN AND CARMEN SUGGS: You are on notice for the last time before you face serious legal consequences for your gross negligence. You must immediately clear my name and credit from this false and defamatory claim from Sandy Johnson. I have filed an online complaint that is PERMANENT.
