The Social 2700 own by Trinity Property Management Hello, My name is I arrived here from out of state on Thursday October 07,2021 at 1:30 P.MI had got my room at 2700 West Pensacola Street Apt since August but I was fighting with Management about reasonable recommendations that they supposed to provided because I have a special needs bed that is on its way from out of stated to Florida.
I am disable in wheelchair and have pre-existing health conditions told everyone about it way before that I had applied for the place and they told me they have apartment for special need. When I arrived here I realized that the apartment/room they put me in it's not special need/reasonable recommendations then few days after I got here every night when I woke up to used the bathroom the front entrance door will be wide-open so I complained to Management at social 2700 about such to speak to all roommates to lock doors behind them at night then those roommates started bringing their boyfriends over spending the night and one of them actually move in with her and he would turn the washer & dryer on to the max with nothing on it and leave all lights on.
Since all roommates splits the common area bills I also started complaining about that. Wednesday October 13, 2021 I woke up at 12:47 A.M to used the bathroom I heard noise so I got on my wheelchair made my way to the common-area when I turn the light on I saw two white men standing at the front door that was wide open when I turn the lights on stated that I will called the police they ran so I again text Manager and called security to complain about the roommates are not locking the front door behind them.
Friday & Saturday I had online classes they made so much noise on Friday the roommate in room C was speaking with someone over the phone and she put that person on speaker stated there is knife in the kitchen she will stabbed me when I heard that I called security to let them know also let them know about their boyfriends that move in with them police came when police came I got no solution and Saturday they made more noise to the point my Professor online got mad at all the noise was coming out from the common-area.
This Morning I woke up and went to the bathroom to pee. I heard again the lady in room C bitching about something yelling outside my front door, I did not open and I ignored her. I made breakfast, and lined up my medications as I always do so after I finished eating I could take them then shower. While I started to eat I heard her outside and suddenly the room got really hot I realize she cracked up the heat so when I called the police since my phone is out of stated they put me on hold. while was on hold I decided to call the Management office to report what is going on as I was speaking with the on-called lady I hand up having an asthma attack I could not breath.
I remember telling her it's so hot I cannot breath while was sitting on my wheelchair when I gained myself I was on the floor and fire-department, the ambulance and police was inside my room I was confused don't remember what happened after I told the lady what I told her those people that was working on me they themselves was complaining how hot it was in the room one of them took temperature and I heard 91 degree some had left the room that was how hot it was in the room I passed out felt on the floor because of the room was hot when I gained myself I told them I heard the lady in room C said if I turn the temperature down she was going to stabbed me for my safety I called the cop but they put me on hold then I decided to called the management company on the other line I remember told her its hot I cannot breathed then when I gained myself ya working on me.
the hospital diagnose me with vertigo that I have an syncope but in my discharge they put syncope and I was told because I hit my head I have vertigo and pounding migraines and they send me home with medications. Since I do not have insurance in the State of Florida am honestly afraid of this heavy hospital bills that they will bills me and I want to know what can I do. The crazy roommate that they put me with tried to kill me yesterday by turning on the heat in the apartment to 90 degree and she know I cold not reach the thermostat because am in wheelchair. she turned the heat up and left the place I hand up passing out inside the place while waiting to get help yet I had filed several complained with the management company they refused to do anything about it and the police said until she successful of taking my life that is when the law will allow them to do something or anything because they're no laws in the book.
I was born in Florida but raised in NYC I honestly thought Florida was better than NYC I am realize that ya suck because people can get away with murder and nothing will happen to the murderer and if I tried to get out of my lease I will have to pay a year rent upfront in order to brake my lease and that is monies that I do not have. I am in wheelchair and have pre-health existing conditions I had up in the hospital because the roommate tried to murder me and the Social 2700 refused to move me or do anything about her, yet they wants their monies. Tallahassee FL. For your safety and insanity please do not rent from the social 2700.
