Trinity Logistics Reviews
Trinity Logistics do not do business with these people and i will tell you why. We took a load from Eli their dispatcher that he begged us to take from them for a entire day. it was Trinity Logistics load number 4398083 from Sugar Run PA to Big Lake, TX. on 10/21/2015 to load on morning of 10/22/2015. it was a load of "legal dims" their words. Tack Rig. When David was talking to them he told them we had a 53' lo pro SD and Eli told us they had 2 loads one was a legal load and the other was a 9'5' wide load. after some back and forth on the rate we agreed to do the legal load for $3600.00. We explained to them that we were putting our team on it because they needed to get home and they lived very close to the destination. So Mark and Kit were dispatched on the load about 4:00 pm on 10/21/2015. They left to deadhead 220 miles to the pickup point. the next morning 10/22/2015 they were about 10 miles from pickup and Kit called the shipper to get directions to the pickup point. the customer told them where he was and asked kit what kind of trailer they had. Kit told him they had a 53' lo pro sd. He then asked if they had ramps and Kit told him no they did not. He then told her that he was unsure if he could load them without ramps. Kit said ok she would call dispatch to find out what was going on. She then called me (JR) and i called the customer and he told me that he could load my trailer but it was 9'5" wide. I asked him if he had ever had a legal load he said no he did not. He has 1 that was 9'3" wide and 1 that was 9'5". I told him thank you i will call Trinity and get to the bottom of this. I then called Eli to ask him what was going on. He never got me the chance to talk to him he put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes I then hung up and called back and he put me back on hold. and left me there for another 5 minutes. I then hung up and called their corporate headquarters and spoke to Karen Nagel i told her what had happened and she said she would get with Eli and find out what had gone on and then call me back. Instead a lady by the name of Teresa she was very rude to David she cussed him out for calling their customer and he told her that we had to call them to get directions and that they were the ones to tell us the truth about their loads. Then David asked her about giving us a "Truck ordered not Used" because they are the ones that got the stuff wrong and we deadheaded 220 miles to find out we could not haul the load. She said we were not getting anything then hung up on him. She did call back about 20 minutes later tell him again that they were not going to load a stepdeck and David told her that her customer told us they would load our trailer and we had explained to the customer that we had to get all the money straight with Trinity Logistics Inc before we could load anything, due to the permits not being free. David again asked her about get the "Truck ordered not Used" to our surprise(NOT) she hung up on him again. So this is my story.. i added alot of information to this post because i did not want anyone to say it did not happen this way. This is not a truck driver story...
