This has less to do with their horse services and more in the way they respond to situations. As our family was leaving to go out of town on vacation, one of the workers of Trinity Farms, presumably the husband and owner, was driving with a trailer of rocks. Unfortunately, this trailer was not well covered, and even though we were WELL OVER 100 FEET BACK, we were still pelted with rocks about the size of quarters. As soon as we went to change lanes, one of those quarter-sized rocks hit and CRACKED our windshield. So, of course we do the sensible thing and catch up to flag the truck driver down so he can pull over. Instead though, he decides to shake his head and ignore us and continue driving. Not 5 minutes later, another couple had their sunroof destroyed by the rocks flying out of thr truck. But of course, the truck driver keeps going, because why should he care right? So, we call Trinity Farms to resolve the situation, only to be yelled at by whom we presume to be, the owner Poppy. She states that since we were behind the truck, its now our fault that the gravel FROM THEIR TRUCK HIT US. We had never seen such rudeness and arogance from a group of people who should have claimed fault and resolved a situation. More than likely, they didn'y have insurance to cover it, so they decide to claim ignorance and pass it off as someone elses fault.
