Trim Genesis is a scam. I ordered Trim Genesis Garcinia Cambogia for a Free Trial price of $4.95. I called 1-888-458-1652 to make sure I would recieve no more billing or auto pays. The lady stated that I would have to return the product or she could extend the 14 day trial period and if I call before the 18th I could cancel it. I also recieved Forskolin $4.99 and I was chargeed $19.93 for "Golden Workout" a supposed e-workout magazine that I never saw. So I called the number I had to cancel on the 16th. The lady assured me everything would be cancelled and no further shipments or payments.
Next thing I see I was charged $79.95 and 79.98 from Garcinia Cambogia & Kaketterlin,LLC for the Forskolin. After the lady telling me sorry I agreed on those terms. I informed the very rude person that I wasn't going to pay and I would be calling my bank. She argured more and I kept repeting that I was going to call my bank. Finaly she said she would give me her associates discount of 50% I said, no, I'm calling my bank. She put me on hold and came back and said she would be able to give me her supervisor's discount of 75% but if I hung up the offer wouldn't be offered again. So now I decide do I chance it with my bank or do I cut my loss and recupe $59.98 & $59.96. I ended up paying $19.93 + 4.95 + 4.99 +19.98 + 20.00= $69.85 for this "Free Trial."
Received package with 2 bottles of pills,no bill,or phone to call. Looked it up and called 8882358065. Was informed that I didn't cancel,supposedly sent me email, which I never received. Finally asked what price was 149.92. No return label,told to stop any other shipments. Going to bank and get new card. Very disappointed and went through my deleted emails,do not have anything about more shipments or having to call,which is a joke,number is 8682358065,always busy.
Got sucked into this and have tried several times to cancel but they won't cancel it.
3 Months ago I ordered this because they showed DR. OZ had said was a good product. I decided to try it. It was supposed to be a trail sale for both the Garcinia, and the Forskolin. I'm with the military and travel a lot so when they came in I didnt realize right away that i had been billed the full price for both.
Since that time I have been billed every month for both products. $79.95 for the Garcinia, and $69.97 for the Forskolin. I now have 4 bottles of pills that never worked. With my job, I have been working 14 hour days, eating less and doing a lot of heavy lifting, so if any thing these pills have made me gain weight.
This product does not work and only gives you diarrhea, something i would have expected. but no wieght loss. The fact that Dr. Oz is used in there promotions should have been a warning in the first place, but like most people you want to believe it works. Is there a way of retreiving my money for this product. I have 4 unused bottles.

I saw an online advertisement for a free sample of this product. I was to pay shipping and handling only. I ordered this and was charged $4.95 and $4.97 for shipping on May 29.
I did receive the sample product but noticed on some papers that was included that this was a subscription and would be charged $79.95 on the next shippment. I called their customer service to cancel the account.
Their customer service cancelled the account and I offered to ship back the sample product. I was told no, it was free to me, and to keep the product and my account was cancelled. That phone call took place on June 2.
On June 5 my credit card was charged the $79.95 even though I had cancelled the account. I noticed this today, July 26, on my credit card statement. I called their customer service. They were extremely rude and said I could not be refunded because when I cancelled the account on June 2 I did not request a refund.
I tried to explain to the foreign speaking lady that I shouldn't have been charged because I cancelled the acct and I demanded a refund. She said to me that I could not be refunded because I had not requested a refund on June 2. I asked to speak with her manager and she placed me on hold.
She returned and said that I could not speak to the manager and I would not be refunded. I again asked to speak with her supervisor and was placed on hold. The supervisor came on the line and said I would not be refunded because I hadn't requested one on June 2 even though I had not even been charged till June 5.
I am requesting a refund. Thank you.
