This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF and runs TOTALLY MISLEADING ADVERTISING in FACEBOOK. I am one who normally does not click on ads but this one claimed was an investment that all of the participants of Shark Tank had invested and endorsed it so I thought it should be a good thing if they put millions in it and I need to lose a few pounds and figured for $39.95 as advertised it would be a risk but not a horrible one so I clicked send 1 bottle.
I looked at my bank statement a few days later and I was charged two separate charges the first being $53.99 I think to see if the money really there and then $213.99. I hit the ceiling as I am on a fixed income and called the company customer service immediately. I spoke to one girl that immediately offered me a 50% discount and I said a resounding NO and requested a supervisor after a bit of haggling I formally demanded to speak to a supervisor and finally was turned over to a man who said his name was Jesse Moore who was a supervisor in the customer service company who finally and gave me a return merchandise agreement number to get in line to get my money back in full.
That George Southworth is the owner and Bush Ross PA , is the registered agent in Tampa,FL had hired them to handle complaints as I now see they have had plenty and I should have checked them out. This site and the FL Secretary of States' office list the above and their office in Tampa Florida. They also own Eagle Hemp CBD in case you were inclined to try that.. I see how the refunds have given take forever if given at all so I have notified the Fraud division of my bank and applied to get a full refund of the monies, I believe this will be a lot faster than their refund process.
