My wife purchased hair products from a company named TRICO LABS. in St Petersburg, Fl and she purchased six (6) bottles of there serum. I took one bottle, and she took one bottle, thus leaving (4) bottles unopened and each bottle bubbled wrapped and in the box that they came in. Shortly after my wife and I started using the products i had a problem as my scalp broke out in a rash and my scalp also became very dry and started scaling.
My wife in the mean time started losing what appeared to be more hair then normal. We immediately stopped using the products which left four (4) bottles in the box and in bubble wrap. I then phoned the company and explained the problem to one of their staff personal and asked to kindly give us a RMA number so that we can return the unused bottles for refund. I was told to hold one and shortly after was informed that it was over a return time period and that the company would not honor a refund, I informed the person I spoke with that I was going to let the unsuspecting public become aware of there tactics in selling a useless product to us, and also not refunding for the unused bottles of there product.
In closing I would like to let the public realize the old saying "Buyer Beware" as the product did not work for us and to make sure that if you do decide to purchase there products make sure you get a Refund Clause in Writing". We now have to take a loss on our purchase which was over $130.00.
This company claims their product will grow back your hair thick and strong. All you have to do is apply to areas of thinning directly to the scalp, massage, and do this twice daily and leave product in your hair without rinsing.
I ordered 6 months supply @ $144 and the product made my thin hair look thinner and scaled over my scalp, making it itch and peel like large dandruff flakes. I asked for a refund of the five bottles I had not opened, as they promised to refund all my money if not satisfied. Now they won’t talk to me.
