I placed an order to purchase the HULU service based on an offer through Klondike on Facebook. They promised to provide 250 emeralds with a service purchase of HULU.

I realize that is just a game, but anytime a promotion is used regardless of the media involved and money is involved, they had better be honest.

In this particular game, and they participate with many, approximately 50% of promotional promises don't work at all, another 25% reroute you to something other than the promised promotion, and only 1% actually work.

I contacted HULU and they said that the offer doesn't come from them and that they have to cancel orders all of the time because Trialpay appears to be some kind of scam.

Because of my experience today, I'm hoping to put a complete stop to this company if it is a scam. If they aren't trying to scam people then they had better clean up their act and make things right with EVERYONE that has accepted one of their promotions. And I recommend that game companies steer clear of them because it makes them look dishonest as well.

I've been doing offers on TrialPay for Listia credits and their support tab stopped showing me the offers I had clicked on. So, I started screen shooting all of the completed offers for proof and sending them to TrialPay. I got this email today:

"Thanks for contacting us -- we’ve processed it and you should receive your credit within the hour. Unfortunately, our Network Quality Team has evaluated your account history and determined that this is the last manual credit we are authorized to issue for your account.

Based on your transaction history, our team has been manually crediting your offers at an abnormally high rate -- in other words, our offer partners have not indicated to us that any of these offer completions were valid, but we’ve been issuing credit based on your submitted proof of completion.

Going forward, we will not be able to credit any further receipts for your account.

Please note, additionally, that our team reserves the right to disable access to TrialPay offers if you continue to submit receipts to our system.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

I'm writing this report for Trial pay.This is the 3rd time they have not given me my gems for Our world.It offers that you can purchase gems with a subway card.I bought a card for 10$ and was supposed to get 600 gems.This was 2 days ago. Ive tried to contact them to clear up this matter.But of course you can not talk to anyone.I put in the card number and I have the reciept saying I paid for them.

They took the offer I completed off thier support page.I tried to reach the company through which makes this purchase.They contacted me back how ever saying it all looked good on their end.But still no gems.

Now the items I was going to purchase are going to expire tonight at midnight,and will no longer be available.I would apreciate i either get the gems or rein burst my 10$ subwaqy card.
