After leaving the store with our goods in hand we papped another TRESOR DEALER ONE BLOCK DOWN AND SHE ASKED WHO SOLD THIS TO US AND WE TOLD HER AND THEN ASKEKED WHAT THE PRICE WAS, sHE SAID HE GOT A GOOD DEAL . WE NEVER THROUGHT TO OPEN THE MACHINE BOX AS WE TRUSTED THEM.
WE HAD TO GET BACK ON THE SHIP AND AT ABOUT 4;15 I OPENED THE BOX and we were scammed. I had 15 minuter to call Amermican Express and told them to put a stop on this purchase, I then contacted the salesmen and he lied and told me that was what i paid for i Reminded him not so as the one he used on my wife was recharcargeable , the on he shiped in neede a batter. He stated that i should send back the sa
mall unit and then he will send me right unit,I told him no just send me what we agreed upon, he then passed me on to his partner and i told him if i do not get it he will not be paid A few minutes later as the ship was leaving his partner called and sain he will send it out day. Another Lie This items were purched on May 11, as os of this date May23 on item . When we returned from our Cruise May ,18 i again called Mr Luchi and he told me it will take fro 7- to 10 days, I do not trust him .
Tresor Rare of Maui is a scam. This experience is a high pressure sale of an unmarked price of a product. The demonstration of the product feels no where near the actual product that was purchased. I felt bad about the purchase the moment I walked out of the store and was approached two dors down by another aggressive sales person. The only reason I bought the product is because I felt pressure.
the store seemed a viable storefront on Front Street in Lahiana. I have been to Maui many times and never encountered anything of this nature. I felt scammed and as soon as I got back to my motel room I googled the product and verified that I am just one of many to be scammed by these people. i am filing a dispute with my credit card and feel like sitting in front of the store to let every tourist that walks by that this is a scam!
