The Tresor Rare store in Fort Lauderdale engaged in high pressured sales tactics coupled with manipulative pricing. To top it off they did not share their refund policy with me prior to, during or even after my transaction. I was enticed into the store by a salesman demonstrating a salt scrub. As I got ready to leave he started up with his tactics. First, just showing me a face cream, keeping things light and funny and then all of a sudden ramping things up and going into a flown blown high pressured sales move. Before I knew what happened I'd been there for 45 minutes at least and ended up purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of beauty products.
At know time did the salesman share the stores policy regarding returns or refunds. The next morning I had buyers remorse. I looked into some reviews and the ingredients and decided this was not the product for me. I was thankful that the product hadn't been opened, still in the packaging and bag from the evening before. I went back to the store LITERALLY 24 hours later. I asked for a refund from the salesman that helped me the day before. He admitted to not sharing the policy with me and conducting my check out transaction away from a very small sign that reads no refunds or returns. Even with admitting the error on his part for not sharing the policy, he stated the situation was my fault and would not offer any kind of refund. These practices are deceptive and dishonorable. I advise all to avoid this place!!
