I arrived in Kauai the day before passing by the store where I was invited in and "treated" to eye cream. I was on top of the world on vacation with my son and so very happy and positive! I stupidly left with $520 worth of stuff I won't use because of the perfume, it's very very strong. When I went back for my "free" facial the next day, after telling myself that the $520 was well spent because I got a facial from an "incredible" person from Brazil (alcohol included), I was pressured and, in my state of bliss, ordered thousands of dollars worth of skin care and a specialist to consult with (?) and God knows what else. I am not sure how that happened. I did not want the products but agreed to a "$10,000 5 year program". I became depressed and stressed out for the remainder of the week with my son.
I emailed Maoricio the following day to get the shipment stopped and get a refund and was eventually referred to Neil Smith of Customer Service who has been unhelpful and will not refund my money on products and services not received. So I'm angry and embarrassed with myself but also angry about the high pressure sale that took advantage of my happiness and weaknesses. I DID NOT WANT their products and I want my time back that I lost while on vacation. I have received NO PRODUCTS and NO ANYTHNG else. UPS says the products were delivered to my gate but I was not notified and it was not there when I found out finally that it was delivered. No one gave me a UPS tracker number nor required a signature. They did not say that this was a promotional sale and that all of their transactions were promotional sales. The receipt, after the purchase says all that but they had already charged my credit card. Seriously, I can't BELIEVE I have a receipt that says I purchased a lifting concentrated serum valued at $2400. Horrible people preying on good people.
