Tresor-Rare, Premiere Dead Sea Kiosk and any relation to Bella Terra cosmetics are all the same company. The Sales people say they are from Isreal and the product is form Isreal. This is also a lie as the poeople who work for these stores are ususally not American Citizens and you rarely see the same salesperson trwice. They move them around to different locations. They say they are not from America. I believe this part.

I was lured into a Tresor-Rare store for a hand cream demonstration and before I knew it, the guy (yes guy) had removed my right side make-up and started telling me everything wrong with my skin. I asked him where he got his estethician license and he laughed and said trained in Paris, what a liar. I am in the business and agreed to see what their mud mask could do on my hand, jerk puts it on one side of my face. That has to dry, ie so he keeps me in the store longer. Their mud face mask.was ok. So he puts that on and that has to dry then he starts putting stuff in a bag, says he is givieng me free sample and asked for card. I told him I was only paying for the mud mask he said yes of course but put $450.00 and the several $.00 on my receipt and asked me to sign twice. I left the store exasperated. I did not need a demo I told him that, I felt completely violated. He stuffed the bag with linen paper and when I got home looked at the receipt and he charged me for 5 product not in bag, for over $4,00.00. I went back that night with a witness and the sales person was very rude to me and said Oh we gave you everything and now you come back and just want more stuff for nothing? What? It was horrible. A horrible experience. I didn't even open my mouth before he started in on me and then said guy who sold me stuff no longer worked there.

These people do not sell quality skin care and the price is absolutely exorbendent. I am afraid they are a GoFund Me for a more sinister operation. There is no rational explanation for the price of their products. They are also not from Isreal. I have many friends from Israel and infact took one of my friends with me when I went back and she said absolutely they are Iranian. What does this mean......maybe nothing. Except they are great Con Artist. To make matters worse my Credit Card Company Chase will not help me because they said I signed the receipt and left the store and they cannot prove I did not get the merchandise. The stores operate a spa and I am going to report them and they need a license and they do not have one. Yes, I signed the receipt but it showed no total on the page I signed on their computer. They also ask and collect a lot of personal information on clients. I know they took the ccr number off the back of my card, I saw the guy write it down on paper with a pencil..why? There can only be one reason to use my card for fraudulent purposes.

Please do not go near Tresor Rare store front or go to any of the kiosk in the Malls in the Sate of Georgia. I saw a Mom smack one guy with her hand-bag at the Kiosk because he kept trying to put lotion further and further up her teen age daughter's arm. She yelled she was going to call Police. Hope she did.

Also, be aware that your credit card company, depending on who they are will give you the complete run around and not believe you. They make you fill out so much paperwork you are exhausted and wish you never signed anything. Ecept the guy had my card and would not give it back until I signed. Stay away and do not tell them where you live or anything personal if they catch you in a trap during the rest of these holidays!! Northpoint Mall should get rid of these scam artist no matter what it cost to cancel their lease. Or maybe the board of health will. They do not clean their application brushes or sponges which is so gross!!!!!

I was recently in New York as a visitor and was charmed into a store selling beautry products called Trésor Rare. Apparently a Swiss beauty product with amazing ingredients, which I now know to be utter rubbish.

The sales person used a very hard selling technique, constantly telling me how great the savings were in store in comparison to the prices online. This rang alarm bells as the price was already very expensive.

He then brought out a damaged package and offered it at an even greater discount if I bought two products together. He held me in the store constantly asking me why I wouldn't want great skin and kept challenging me as to whyI wouldn't spend this amount to have younger looking skin.

Luckily I got out without making a purchase - however when he released I wasn't going to make a purchase he got unpleasant and dismissive having kept me there for over 30mins. It was a threatening experience and I felt bullied. I hope this helps other consumers not to fall foul to this scam.

Beware of buying this product. The Manager lured me into the store as I was walking by and starting putting the product on my eyes. He told me it would take repeated usage of the eye cream to make a differance. I made the purchase feeling extremely pressured and after a week of trying it my eyes had an allergic reaction and were extremely swollen. I called him he refued to talk to me his associtate in the store was extrmely rude and said they do not take returns its in the fine print on the reciept. Obviously had he told me that at the purchase time I may not have made such an expensive purchase for a product I had not used. I put the product in a bag along wiht the other two unopened free products gave me and returned them to the store and set them on the counter. I then disputed with my CC company and they wrote the company saying I threw the bag in the associates face, just rediculous. Completely unprofessional I intend to make further complaints to the BBB and Lenox Mall they should not allow such unprofessional companies in a high end shopping center. If you do any firther research on the product your will see many people have had similar experiences for various reasons.

Lucky me!

I am so pleased I went through the same this afternoon on Molten St, London. The pricing, the package offers changed dramatically in the 10 minutes I was there, it all got very complexed to understand. The guy offered to give me a cheaper tester cream off the shelf in the end in the hope it might spur me along. Yuk a used tester never in a month of Sunday's, how many people could that have been used on!! I said I wasn't one to not buy something that works but hadn't heard of them and I said I was googling them to see there reviews whilst sat in there shop. He said yes do that. Didn't keep me much longer as I guess he knew what I would see! Scam company!! Rip off and bad creams! I got out of the purchase but have now been left with very sore eyes where the guy applied the creams. Washed the area now a few times, still burning - God knows what went on there! Hoping I don't get blisters like some poor people I've read about. Please avoid this product like the plague!!!

Con Artists

Agree with above. Some of the biggest damn shisters around. Why the authorities allow them continue to take advantage of people is criminal in and of itself. If you see a store run like hell and don't look back. Better yet picket them.

No fool like an old fool Please avoid Tresor Rare at all costs. They will drag you in and are relentless in their approach .They will not give up until you have purchased their product. They have a no return policy which they never mention. Their Perfection LED Infrared Device causes wrinkles to disappear because your skin has been burned and swells. Take my advice run don't walk out of their store. Don't be fooled like I was.

I was in Las Vegas for 2 days to meet up with the family as we were all heading for Palm Springs to be at our niece’s wedding. On September 17, 2017, while strolling around The Mirage, we somehow got to the Palazzo area and I was enticed to enter the store for an eye demo to treat my eye bags. The female sales associate was very nice and after demonstrating two products, I agreed to purchase them so I can use it during the week that I will be in Palm Springs for the wedding festivities.

Then a male sales associate, Giovanni came over while I was waiting for my charge slip, and started applying a product he stated was for the treatment of the neck. He then made this huge misrepresentation – that he would double the neck product he demonstrated so instead of just the 2 year supply, I will be getting a 4 year supply of the treatment. Then another misrepresentation by Giovanni was the warranty on the Laser Wand which he declared comes with a lifetime warranty when in fact it only had a 2 year warranty registration card inside the package.

Then adding insult to injury, it was only after I returned home to New York that I discovered the deceit. The first purchase had 2 products listed. One that was the syringe-like product for the eye bag treatment and the other was a Tresor-Rare eye serum which was never demonstrated on me. Also on the list were two Tresor-Rare products included as freebies.

The second purchase had 2 products listed. One was the Tresor-Rare Thermal Mask (which was actually the product that was applied on me by the lady sales associate) and the other was the Laser Wand which was not a Tresor-Rare product. Also on the list were nine Tresor-Rare products included as freebies.

Not once during the entire demonstration did either sales associates indicate to me verbally or visually that the Syringe-like product and the Laser Wand were not Tresor-Rare products. Neither one mentioned that there are No Refunds as well. Even if this is the store’s policy, if the sale was induced through deception and fraud, this negates the no refund policy.

How can Tresor-Rare allow such blatant acts of deception to tarnish its brand name. Superior products should and can stand on its own. The best advertisement is word of mouth and reviews that shows customer confidence in the product.

To date, the matter still remains unresolved. I guess they only care about hiding and ignoring reviews that proves to be 100% true. Must be the complaints I had lodged with the Better Business Bureau and the Office of the Attorney General of Nevada.

Obviously the email response posted by the tresor-rare's customer service (Virginia) " We truly apologize for your experience. Please email me and I will assist you." was just a pretense since I never received her response to assist me in resolving this issue. Bottom line is "We got your $$$$ so who cares, on to the next unsuspecting victim"

My husband and i weent to Nassau Bahamas on 11/30/2017. We went into Tresor Rare just lokking around. Bfore we knew it the salesman (Dan) had me sitting down and aapplying this miracle cream to take away the dark circle under our eyes. We wre very surprise at the result and asked how much. Well the saleman being a typical salesman spoke so fast kept talking about different products and what a low price it was. Well i agreed to take the eye cream fpr $200. but not interested in face cream. He started giving the spill how we could save if we we bought both and he would throw in facial cleanser for free. Now i told him again and he said ok i give him my visa and he brings back reciept and a bag.

I'm assuming that i payed for eye cream only and had no reason to question the amount in fact the reciept i signed didn't have an amount on it. I trusted the con artist and whaat i got was charged 300.00 for eye cream and face cream. We had several bags with us and just put the bag he gave us in with other bags. Now I won't go into what all he put us through after that. The bottom line is i could live with allowing myself to be conned if i in fact was given what he used on us and not some cheap creams that i could get anywhere for a $1. These ppl should not be allowed to do this to the tourist. I am sick that i am out an additional 100.00! I want my money back! i will gladly give product back but i want a guarantee that i will be refunded in fact i want credit on my card then i will return this crap.

I have never endured such a negative sales experience. My daughter and I were approached to try a product at Adore in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

The salesperson said he was from Italy, in town for a few days for a convention and authorized to offer these products at a "special deal." We later found out that he was NOT Italian, he lived in Las Vegas full time, and had even lied about his name.

He was very persistent and would not take "no" for an answer. He finally offered a "free facial", scheduled for the next day, and a special price on some products accompanied by "free" gifts.

The free facial, performed at the sister store Tresor Rare in the same hotel, turned out to be nothing but an application of the same product tried at the first visit, with an encounter with the "owner", whose sales tactics were even more forceful than the first salesperson.

I was stuck in a back room with a bully, with my face covered in a mask, being humiliated and persuaded. If I tried to use my phone, he yelled at me! I should have run out of there, face mask and all. I felt very ashamed.

When I got home, I used the facial peel product a couple of times, but it stuck to my face and left a residue that would not wash off. The residue stuck to my face for several days.

I have seen no improvement whatsover from the Perfectio Infrared device purchased at the Tresor Rare store.

I posted a negative review on the Tresor Rare site, but it was not published. The website has the average rating with the note, "Some of the reviews posted here." Yep, three stars and above only are published.

After reading several reports online with very similar stories, I am surprised that places like The Venetian would allow such unscrupulous retailers in their hotel.

For all these products received, which have not produced much change for the face, arms or legs, this was a hefty price to pay, and there has been more to the packaging than the products. All of the packaging looks like Made in China, and so do the contents.

My friend and I were visiting San Francisco from Arizona. After a wine tour, we foolishly took a sample we were offered. The young man who gave us the sample grabbed our bags and brought them inside the store. We followed our items, and 30 minutes later I signed a receipt for $618.45. I didn't know how much the skin care costs until I saw the receipt.

That night in our hotel room my friend and I were having severe buyer's remorse. They didn't tell us that they didn't offer a refund. We decided to bring the unopened products back for a refund. We came back the next day as soon as the store opened. As soon as we walked in my friend was on the phone with her bank, and one of the employees went upstairs and my friend's phone call dropped. We both decided to stop payment.

The manager said we should bring the products home and then ship them back. The manager was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I was tired of arguing, so we left the store with the products. As soon as we got home we both mailed our unopened products back certified mail. Both of our boxes were refused.

The other day I received in the mail a letter from my bank, with a letter from my bank and paperword from the store saying they disclosed the no money back...which they did not. Yesterday I received another letter in the mail saying that since I did not include the credit voucher with my signature on it, I owed the store the money.

I will not stop fighting, because I am just disgusted at the service I received...

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

STAY AWAY FROM TRESOR RARE! I am an 80-year-old woman who got scammed by this company on January 30, 2019 in Nassau, Bahamas while vacationing on a cruise. Like many other victims whose stories I have read, I was wooed and subdued with drug-laced champagne by pushy salesmen and had FOUR of my credit cards charged, without my consent, for a total of over $25,000! After spending nearly 2 hours with the salesman, I felt woozy and disoriented and fell of out of my wheelchair as I was re-boarding my cruise ship. It wasn't until after I returned to my cabin and looked at my receipts that I noticed the salesmen charged 4 of my cards for over $25k! I did not know I was being charged for this many products and the salesman kept telling me that my cards were declined. Little did I know that they were maxing out all my credit cards to their limits and fraudulently signing my names on the credit card receipts! I don't remember much because I WAS DRUGGED! Whatever items I allegedly purchased were shipped to me from a warehouse in Florida. I did not sign for them and shipped them right back to where they came from. To date, Tresor Rare has refused to issue me a refund, citing their "No Refund" policy WHICH I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF! The credit card companies are siding with Tresor Rare because Tresor Rare has produced FRAUDULENTLY SIGNED credit card receipts and is relying on their "No Refund" policy. I have already retained a lawyer to pursue whatever action is necessary to get a refund and have my credit card accounts credited. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are SCAMMERS and CRIMINALS who drugged me and took advantage of me!!

I was just another victim to their high pressure sales tactics. I had just left a job interview and wasn’t trying to make a scene in a mall where I was trying to get a job. I was approached by a Tresor Rare sales rep. He invited me in the store to have a product demonstration.

I knew I wasn’t going to buy anything before I went in there but ended up being talked into purchasing the ultimate pearl peel for $159. I honestly made this purchase only so that I could get out of the store safely. The sales rep plus his "celebrity skin care specialist” made the entire encounter uncomfortable.

After purchasing, I tried to make a beeline for the door. The sales rep told me to stay for a skin care consultation. I was cornered so I stayed. The "celebrity skin care specialist” starts rubbing serums and creams on my face while showing me a video. Then he started rubbing this device on my face that was supposed to magically erase lines and wrinkles... my face looked no different.

I explained that I didn’t have the money to spend and needed to leave. They got quite aggressive and began to try to invite me to their back room for "facials” from their "licensed esthetician.” I got really bad vibes from this entire encounter and the first thing I could think was oh God, I’m about to be sold to human trafficking. This is how it starts!!! Avoid Tresor Rare!

LOCATION: Lahaina, Maui

SALES: I cannot say enough about how hard they pressure you to spend money while not answering legitimate questions with straight answers. Everyone there, including an upper-management employee visiting from CA, was a manipulative, condescending, insulting, bully. All the other store owners and employees along the street we went into warned us to stay away and said they are constantly getting costumers who complain about the treatment they received at Tresor Rare and that the products are not worth the money.

IN-STORE TRIAL OF PRODUCTS: For me, I did end up falling for the 60Second Eye Lift. While in the store, it worked on me. I felt the muscles around my eyes contracting and the skin grew visibly tighter and less wrinkled. My friend watched it and was amazed by the results. She tried it and felt the muscles respond, too. At least that's what they told us was happening. HOWEVER!!

USAGE OF PRODUCTS: I have now followed the directions exactly, as told to me in the store and as written, for 6 weeks and never once have I felt the muscles work nor has it helped my wrinkles. In fact, it just dries as a shiny layer under my eyes, which crinkles when I move and exaggerates my wrinkles.

COSTUMER SERVICE: I just called the store to ask them about this and whoever answered the phone only said, in a very annoyed tone, "Hello." I didn't even know if I had reached a business, let alone Tresor Rare. When I explained what was happening, she flatly told me I was using the product wrong. When I told her I was not only following the verbal instructions but also the WRITTEN instructions they literally highlighted for me in the store, all of which are the opposite of what she was saying, her answer was: "They must have been confused." Confused enough to have printed material to hand out to each customer who makes a purchase? Again, she told me to do the opposite of what I'd been instructed to do and hung up.

RESULT: The worst $400 I've ever spent. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I was approached by a representative of a business called "Tresore Rare" at 7874 Girard Ave. La Jolla, Ca. 92037, and offered a promotion for a free facial as I walked past the store. I made an appointment to redeem the offer for August 8, 2018. As I received the facial Gia, the representative, applied a multitude of creams and ointments that I trusted were safe. The process lasted approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. I began to feel extremely relaxed. Gia talked non-stop and very fast about the products dkuring the whole process. I requested that she not speak so rapidly numerous times, but she never slowed down her speech. Gia over complimented me numerious times. As she finished the facial Gia said something like "ok we are all set", and asked that I follow her to the front counter. At that time she asked for 5 of my credit cards so she could spread the total charge over the 5 cards. Never in my life have I had a merchant ask me for 5 cards. And never in my life would I have thought I would produce the cards withouta second thought. The total was not told to me and I had no idea what I was buying. I was in a completely altered state. I signed the credit card receipts and initialed where she indicated. Gia placed many products in 3 large bags. The bags were so heavy Gia had to place them in her vehicle and drive me and the bags over to my car.

It wasn't until the next morning that I felt more like myself and reviewed the receipts and realized I had bought "diamond infused snake venom" and 7 VIP facial treatments costing $10,500. Oddly, there were many products that she "gifted" to me. The receipt indicates that I received products worth $30,651 and she "gave" me a 68.65% discount. I called Gia immediately and I was very upset about the purchase but she said I had initialed on the receipt where it says "no refunds" and if she allowed the products to be returned she would be fired.

I looked up Tresor Rare on the Better Business Bureau to discover they had a D rating and they have changed their name 4 times in the last 5 years. A google search shows they have multiple 1 star reviews with the same experience almost exactly as I described. I felt as though I had intentionally beeen placed in an altered state or drugged and very much taken advantage of. I usually buy my moisturizer from Trader Joe's where I grocery shop. In my right state of mind I would never pay $15,000 for facial products and/or treatments.

The total amount charged was $15,085 spread over 5 cards, $3,017 on each card.

If you have any questions please contact me.

Beware. The "customer” is not told that they have a no return policy, but Tresor Rare tells the credit card dispute team of their no return policy -- loud and clear, and upfront. That’s how they get away with their rip-off. Tresor Rare uses this as a weapon against those people who are aggressively accosted on the street, lured into the store, having no intention of buying skin products, subjected to unwanted sales tactics, and who after leaving that insanity, try to return the overpriced products.

People walking down the street are caught in their web. ESCAPE. Don’t fall into their trap. I am 71 years old and alone walking down King Street in Charleston to a park and was lured in by a very pleasant young woman, Vanessa. I avoid cosmetic departments and perfume stores, because of allergies to cologne and perfumes. But there I was with goop on one half of my face.

Somehow I ended up with $21,000 of product and promise of facials. This is something I never do. How did it happen?

Eli ran one card which came up with fraud alert, so he called my bank and told me to speak to the banker. He said, Now write a $7,000 check. I told him that I didn't have the money to cover the check, but he still said write it. Then he asked if I had any other accounts. I had one with $1300, and he demanded $1200 in cash. Brutal. I called to cancel.

Eli said he would contact his attorney, so I called my credit card company. The next day I drove to the store to return the products, which were all unopened and still in the packaging. Eli rushed in and demanded that I look at the receipt -- at the very bottom where you don't notice, no returns. He said that he told me. That was a lie. He never told me there was a no return policy.

He pulled out the check and smirked, It's a bad check. He pointed to his iphone, ONE YEAR IN JAIL. I was so sick by the time I left I had to have help carrying the products back to my old car. I see from other reviews that they don't tell the customers that there is no refund/no return policy. They just tell the Credit Card dispute department about their no refund policy, and you are the victim. They know how to work the system.

I bought a machine for my face from a sales rep named Peleg. He is a great salesperson and said he is the owner of the company. He also said, if I did not like the machine after using it, I could return it. The next day, I brought it back unopened to David B the Manager and he said ok to the return. He asked why am I returning it and I said it cost too much. He went on the computer and put in a refund and under "Reason:" he wrote Credit Card overdraft. I do not have a credit card overdraft. He gave me a receipt showing "Reason: Credit Card Overdraft".

David B, Manager said the machine has to be returned to a store in Orance County, Calif. David B. said that is the company policy and he did not fully understand why. He said customer service would call me in a day or two to finalize the return.

After a week, no calls. I called, left messages, sent emails and spoke with David B who said I must speak with Debi. She finally called me back and said there are no refunds. She said the owners have my name and number and they may or may not call me but there is nothing she can do.

There is no store in Orange County or in California. There is no one to talk to other than Debi and David B. Debi said she will not give me contact information for the owners, she said David B. has not returned her calls so she can find out what happened. She does not want the receipt that shows "Reson: Credit Card Overdraft". When I said two of your employees told me I could return the machine for a refund, she said why did I listen to the employees.. Peleg said he was the owner and David B. is the manager. Who does she want me to listen too.

TOTAL SCAM....BE AWARE! This place sucks you in with their free facials. They then push hard to sell you the product and don't disclose the return policy. I paid for A few products in cash and received the receipt after i gave them the cash. When i did not feel comfortable with the purchase i return within a few hours and they would not take my products back.

I called customer service and they would not call me back so I went back to the store and left the mechandize there and told them to turn it in to customer service (i filmed the entire episode). I called customer service again and i told them i don't let the unopened merchandise there for you because i do not want these products. i expect my money to be returned. The told me to get lost. I'm flying to LV again and will be filing a police report.

On 8/8/17 I bought skin care from Tresor Rare Lenox, for $1633.50. During the sale/transaction, I asked Alonso at least 3 times if I could return them and he said, yes. I said I needed a week to think about it. My child is having health issues & I had some big expenses, so decided this was too frivolous at this time. With my working schedule, it was 12 days (Fri. 8/18/17) when I was able to go back to the store. Alonso was there & tried to tell me that he had said that I had to return them in 3 days, but he never told me that, as I know I would never have taken the product with those stipulations. Then he told me that I couldn’t return them to the store, that I would have to send them back & that a customer service person would call me on Mon. This scenario was also never mentioned during the sale. The customer service person, Sheila, called me on 8/22/17. She was going on vacation & said she would call me back. It was more than a week before we spoke again & I had to call her. She then called me periodically, saying she was trying to see about returning the products & supposedly talking to different people. She was calling me from a local cell phone and there was no voice message set up nor did she answer the phone with the company name, which always seemed a little odd for the company’s customer service person. She would call me back every few days for weeks, offering different things. For instance, she said that I could return it for a 50% re-stocking fee, she offered other products in place of these & several “free” facials. She told me something about it being FDA approved, but that means nothing to me and I was only told this way into the negotiations with her in trying to get my money back. Bottom line, I feel there were so many lies here and this company is not very truthful in their selling practices. And yes, I know that no returns are printed on the receipt, however, I asked Alonso about the possible return BEFORE he even took my credit card. With all the free facials I have been offered, I have not taken them up on any, as I am not trying to take advantage of them, I only want all my money back to put towards my other unexpected expenses.

My grandchildren's mother was in manic state with bipolar. Paolo at Tresor Rare sold her $3402.60 in beauty merchandise from 6/16-6/25/17 using her VISA Debit and VISA Credit card. In one sales transaction, he used her VISA Credit 2 times and VISA Debit 1 time all for different amounts for the same total sales transaction of $2660.60. Pictures of Paolo and the victim are posted on facebook inside and outside the store. When I took the merchandise back to the store with receipts on 8/25/17, I was told they could not make refunds. After some conversation, I was told a manager would call me. As of today, 9/1/17, no one has called. I have complained to the on-line chat and tried with no response to get an answer at 859-351-9340 the number on-line chat gave me to call for resolution. I posted a review on the Tresor Rare website with this information and the review has not been posted. This company is not trustworthy, uses poor business practices and may be employing theives.

In April 2017 I took my daughter to Hawaii. One of our stops was Hanalei (4/4/2017) on the island of Kaui. We stopped at a small outdoor shopping center. We began walking around. My daughter began talking to a young woman outside a store and she then accompaned the young lady inside. I was on the phone so did not go in to the store with her.

I began looking for my daughter and poked my head in the store and before I know it I was strong armed to have an eye cream applied. I was given a glass of wine and then the young lady asked a gentlemen collegue of hers to look at me face. More wine followed and before I knew it I had charged about $6000.00 on my credit card but lucky for me I was told theywere giving me a huge discount.

The said they would ship the products to me on the mainland. We left the store with no products in hand. An hour after leaving the store I came to my senses and called the store and asked him to cancel my order. He said he was unable to do this because it was a promotional sale. I told him he did not discslose this and we got into a rather heated convesation. I told him not to ship the products.

The next day I texted him again and told him to cancel the order. We left Hawaii two days later. I received an email from UPS on 4/10/17 sayng my parcel from them had been shipped. I called UPS and the shipment was intercepted and sent back.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company but I fear I will be responsible for the charges. My husband called the store and posed as a potential customer and was offerred huge disccounts on items. That is their game - products are always discounted so they can invoke a no returns policy on discouned or promotional items. They do not disclose this no returns policy.

February 22, 2017 i was sold a used facial product which was the sample Itay Cohen, salesman used on me for $1500.00. i was not aware of this until i came home and opened the box. the box was missing the serum and 2 facial masks which it shoud have had 12 masks but only 10 were in the box

i let the saleman, Itay Cohen know i wanted a new box or my money back. he kindly apologized and said they have a no refund policy.

they didnt have the product that he sampled on me until Monday the 27th, but he has something better and more expensive but was not going to make me pay the difference,

the salesman Itay Cohen was aware of what he sold me because when i left the store, he emailed me to come back because he forgot to give me the serum and an extra mask. Not 2 masks but one. obviously he had used the product on someone else.

he charged me for half, $750.00 and was allowing me to pay the other half in 2 weeks.

i went back the next day to return the item and demand my money and the owner refused without a care on his s****.>

now im fighting to get my money back because i was robbed and scammed by people acting in bad faith

I am a 78 year old female. I was approached by Tresor Rare salesman in Lahaina, Mau in Marchi. After a very aggressive sales pitch and a demonstration of the products on my face and neck I purchased over $8000.00 of the product recommended. He told me I would look like I was 55 after using the products. I did not believe this, but his demonstration did improve the wrinkles on my face and neck a great deal. I have been using the products as directed and have seen no improvement in either my face or neck skin.

I don't know what he used on my face to make such an improvement, but what I have is worthless. I put the product on a 10 month payment plan and am paying over $700 a month. If I don't get a satisfactory resolutionsoon, I will ask my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I was scheduled for a free facial treatment 2 days later and when I arrived there was an "owner" there. I was rushed into a back room where he attempted to sell me $85,000.00 worth of products for my entire body. He produced 2 receipts he said where from a couple who had each purchased the $85,000.00 products. When I said absolutely not, he finally got the price down to about $17,000. One item was a mask he said had 14 caret gold in it and it was to be thrown out after use. He said if I purchased these products he would take me to some exclusive place in his boat. I could not believe this. I left feeling very foolish for having purchased the products I had two days before.

A girl named Victoria demonstrated a 60 sec lift product under my eyes and it worked amazing! We were at Key West for 5 days and the product lasted for almost 6 days so I didn't have a need to use it again until I got back home in Michigan! Once I opened the box I realized it was a different brand name called, Celestolite? Not the Tresor Rare 60 sec lift. I tried it anyway and it was junk!!! She took our money and gave me a different product that is not even a Tresor Rare product!! She did a bait and switch on me! Customers don't realize what they are doing until it's too late because by the time you need to use the product again, you left the island!

This product she put in my bag is JUNK!! It does nothing!!! Absolutely nothing!! I found several complaints regarding this SCAM from the same store but it was too late for me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I will say that Inna and Chealse from Tresor Rare Corporate were amazing and took care of me by sending the product I paid for! They were extremely prompt at getting back to me and very professional! They are in investigating this location!! I am pressing FRAUD charges on Victoria at the Duval Street Tresor Rare location and will continue to make sure to share my story on this FRAUD!!! And hope this store gets shut down!!

On December 6th,2016 I entered the store Trevor Rare. I was lured into the store by a saleswoman outside offering free samples. Another saleswoman named Ravit then showed me eye care products and was extremely aggressive in showing me other products. She kept insisting that she was giving me products for free if I would buy a certain product. I was there for about an hour, and was very confused and felt trapped. At no point was there any clear signage in the store that there was a no refund policy and the saleswoman did not inform me of that. Two hours later, I returned to the store with all the unopened products and returned them. I have a witness who helped me do that. The saleswoman refused to give me a return receipt even though I asked several times. I did leave all the products in the store. The saleswoman told me I would hear from their customer service in 3 days which I never did. Trevor Rare is a serious scam and preys upon naive women who desire skin care.

Trevor Rare Ravit, SharonRon Yeckezkel - 917-703-8031 On December 6, 2016 I entered the store Trevor Rare because outside of the store, a saleswomen beckoned me to come inside with a free sample. I then entered and was totally overwhelmed by an aggressive saleswoman who pressured me into buying their products over a period of about an hour. There was no clear signage of no refunds in the store. An hour later I returned to the store with all the products unopened and I brought with me a witness. The saleswoman, named Ravit, would not give me a return receipt although I asked several times for one. I did return the products and I have a witness to testify to this. Trevor Rare is a total scam, preying on naive people. Their high pressure tactics are extreme and at times I felt trapped into buying their products.

Stay Away

My experience is the same as others but at the Pentagon City, Arlington, Va. I bought the eye cream product and the face mask etc. The products appeared to work while I was in the store but there was so much pressure to buy and the sales guy was good. It was really expensive but he was going to offer me a special deal because I wasn't going to get anything at first. I went home that night and Googled the company and product and found so many negative comments. I went back to try and return and the guy said he would return it but that he needed a code and only customer service could gI've it to him or my original sales person. Was weird that he called the sales person that helped me while I was there. Then claimed to be happy to do the return but I had to come back the next day. I went back the next day and saw my sales person. Turns out that they don't take returns and claim they can't resell the products even though nothing was opened and even had the clear wrapping on the outside. In the end they said they were going to have to charge a restocking fee which was ridiculous. He could see it was not happy and was prepared to call the police but then for the restocking fee he would give me a few of the products. I haven't used them yet as I'm trying to find out if they are really quality products or will make me breakout. I just don't trust them because of the sales people who are professional scam artists. They also had my card for longer than I think so I immediately contacted my bank for a new card and cancelled that one. I felt taken advantage and not sure what else they will do because they have address, email, phone number etc. I think I'm going to change all my info!!

No refund

Worse shopping experience in my life, please check the reviews before purchasing and check the refund policy before buying products as you can't have refund. I changed my mind just 1 day after buying a facial lift serum, after endless email exchanges with stupid questions sent to me they finally informed me I can't have a refund but exchange of the product. The product is unsealed and in original package !!!!
