Please do not use this company they are a complete ripp off and scam artists !! Do not be fooled by their website and Instagram posts. They are rude, unprofessional, they have horrible customer service and ridiculous turnaround times. I made an appointment with them two months ago and still have not received by wig, eventhough I payed the extra fee for the rush service !!!
When I contacted customer service in a polite tone. The customer service rep was rude, beligerent and unprofessional. Can you believe it? she was actually angry that I asked for an update. By the end of this horrible fiasco, my order and measurements were mixed up with another clients? My credit card was charged and worst of all after waiting what seemed like forever!! I never received my wig !!! Please don't waste your time and money with this Ripp Off company!!!! You will definately regret it !!!!
I purchased a total of 5 wigs from her, yes, 5. What was I thinking. 4 of the 5 did not fit correctly. God forbid you give any feedback, she doesn’t take constructive feedback well. The color was only right once. I asked for blonde, I would get some shade of red instead. The head circumference on one of them was two sizes too big, when I sent it back, she simply cut the cap and stitched it up and threw the wig bag in a box that came to me ripped up. The cap was too small on the short wig I ordered; the cap was simply not long enough in the back and it didn’t have enough hair on it. The kinky curly hair she sells is very dry as well, I had to ask her what to put on it; she should send instructions automatically to the customer. The last wig I ordered , the band was stretched out and old; I had to sew it up myself. Shame on her. What I am posting here, I gave her feedback on and told her I was done with her services!! I don’t mind paying for quality; this was poor quality, she does not conduct a quality control before shipping out! When your product becomes a commodity, the customer service suffers. It is easy to get customers and hard to keep them. Beware of ordering during a sale because chances are she will be too busy to respond and deliver something you will more than likely question. I have all of my pictures and communication with her, just in case she wants to dispute what I am saying. Don’t think my email address is needed as she knows exactly who I am!!!
