First they way they write the lease Is sketchy. They have in there that they are suppose to serve you with a 3 day notice of any violations to the house/yard. However they don't do that. They just send you a bill saying what happen. If you try to contact them they won't respond. We have emailed them and left enough messages and never been called back or gotten an email back. They take the fine out of your rent and then say you are late in rent and if you don't pay you get evicted. They don't have a physical address so you can't go to an office to talk to anyone. We have provided them with picture evidence that we are not breaking the lease and they refuse to return any messages or calls. They continue to charge us. We are now seeking help from an attorney. These people are awful! DO NOT RENT!!! They steal your money with bullshit fines. They've been sued multiple times and had to change the name of the company a few times. The owners real estate license has been revoked. There are a total of 7 class action lawsuits against this company. If you are a victim join the lawsuit!

My family rented from Treasure Valley Rental Management for a period of one year. Upon move-in, nearly the entire unit had to be cleaned and smelled of pet urine. We cleaned the whole unit prior to move-in. After a week or two of being in the place, the four of us started getting little red bumps all over our skin. Initially we thought it could possibly be heat rash. My husband got them so bad that he decided to go to the doctor. The doctor informed him that they were flea bites. Disgusting!!! We contacted Treasure Valley immediately and it took two days before they sent someone out to address the issue. At this point, we chose to clean the carpets as they were nasty, although they assured us they were professionally cleaned. The pest control company than had to return a second time due to more bites. We were able to get the unit completely cleaned to our standard and stayed the remainder of our rental agreement. A few months before move-out, the master bedroom floor was soaked in water. Apparently the pipe from the upstairs unit burst. They provided us with a box fan and told us to let it dry, there was nothing else they could do.
Upon move-out, we spent approximately 20 hours cleaning the unit as neighbors stated that we would probably be ripped of by the company. 20 hours!!!! I contacted the company to perform a walk through 5 days before our move-out date, as stated in the lease agreement. I left a message and they did not return my call until 2 days before our scheduled move-out day. They stated that I was outside the 5 day lead time and refused to do a walk through. A month later I received our deposit return in the amount of only 10% of what we paid. I was livid. The walk through form stated that basically EVERYTHING in the unit had to be cleaned....as if we hadn't spent 20 HOURS cleaning the unit.
As stated on the deposit return form, I emailed the company to dispute the charges. I got two responses from an individual who works for the company that they would review my file and get back to me. They never got back to me, after receiving 4 emails in regards to the matter.
Treasure Valley Property Management is a company in business simply to rip people off!!! I took the time to do some research on the company and turns out they are frequently sued for failing to return renters deposits, as well as pocketing the money of the home owners whose property they manage. In October of 2014, they changed their name due to so many judgements against them. Idaho Repository shows ALL the cases brought against them and it is clear to see they are scam artists. The fact that this company is still in business blows my mind. I will do everything in my power to ensure that everyone in the Treasure Valley is aware of their scams!!!!!
