I went to TRD motorsports in Greensboro NC expecting to get a good running car. Something that would take me to put A and B. Soon as I pulled up on the lot, I saw a lot of nice looking cars out there and was excited to be getting a car. The owner name Mohummad helped me pick a car. He seemed so nice and was acting like it wasn't about the money and spilled a whole story saying that he would'nt sell a car he couldn't drive. He sold a car to me and I was happy the whole day.
Then it happened! The next day, I went outside to start the car up and it would'nt crack at all, so I gave Mohummad a call, he picked up and I told him what was going on. He told me he'll call me back and never did. I thought he was just busy or something, so I called him back two days later. He said that the car was running fine when he gave it to me and I have to get a tow truck to bring it to the dealership. I could'nt believe what he just said to me.
I told him he need to pick the car up, because I just bought it two days ago. He told me once again that he was going to call me back. He never did, so I called the next day and a lady name Lisa picked up the phone and told me he wasn't there. I called to the dealership all that week and Lisa kept telling me that he wasn't there.
I went down there a week after buying the car and talk with Lisa. She told me that she'll put me in another car, but my car payments will go up. I really didnt have a choice, because I was having a hard time getting to work so I told her ok. Soon as I get this new car (IT BREAKS DOWN). I give Lisa a call and told her what was going on and she told me to bring the car back. I could'nt bring it back, because it would'nt start up.
Finally, Mohummad towed the cars out of my yard a couple of days later. He never called me back to let me know what was going on. So, I was really mad by this time and just wanted my down payment of $2,150 back. I called the shop and once again Lisa told me Mohummad was not in.
I told Lisa that I wanted my money to go somewhere else and she told me Mohummad was the only one who could give me the money back. Now, I don't have a car or no money to get one. All they have is Lemon cars and bad customer service. They will take your money with a smile on there face.
