Travelon transportation is a scam and rip off patients
They lie to their patients telling them they have no contact with the drivers, the driver is 15 minutes out or the driver doesn't know where he is going and is lost.
Patient's wait hours after dialysis and sometimes don't even get picked up.
Patients can't talk to anybody on Saturday after 12 so if there is an emergency the patient is screwed.
I worked 22 1/2 hours and owed them money.
I grossed $2000 and didn't see a dime because they said I owed them money

Alpha & Omega, USA inc. / Travelon Transportation. This business Owner Viktor Cernatinskij has scammed so many people in the past. I am the latest of multiple victims in 2016. I cannot believe they are still around to practice business. This company advertises employment on the many online job listing sites and “Hiring” section of their own website. They promise new prospects that they will make lots of money. In fact, their latest scheme is they advertise, " We are seeking for a new full time van driver who would like to join our professional team of drivers. You, as a driver, will be providing transportation to special needs passengers primarily within Twin Cities metro area: use our or your own wheelchair accessible van or minivan; start and finish the work near to your home; work flexible hours; make up to $800 per week take home pay after deducting all expenses including the fuel (up to $1100 if you use your own van); get as many clients and trips as you can handle; get paid within three weeks."
When you contact this company, the owner of this company will initiate the hiring process. First, he will tell you the position has a time limit and it must be done quickly before the closing date. His intention is to make one feel they won't have enough time. DO IT NOW! He even goes to say “some drivers make $1600.00 take home pay.” Very impelling! Not only can you make $800 and $1,100 take home pay but now you can also make $1,600.00 take home pay.
He has a series of steps he will have you do in order to be considered; he will send you multiple emails which you will need to complete his tasks. These tasks will cost money totaling over $500.00 which he says he will reimburse when you get hired.
When all the tasks from his emails are completed, he will set an appointment. You will go meet the MAN it’s just like a “regular” job interview… wear the appropriate attire for the occasion bring your identification cards and a $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT. During the interview/ CONTRACT ENTRAPMENT process he will tell you,” you will do great and make lots of money it’s so simple easy job, you don’t even have to be professional!”
On Travelon’s contracts, the owner will knowingly date the fee effective dates earlier and have the Contractor start at a later date. The Contractor not knowing that his fee’s has already taken place. The Contractor will jump into this job in (-) debt and do his ruthless work hours. You will work one week in complete (-) debt. On your second week, you will inquire a more (-) debt. On your third week, you’d think you made an income. On the fourth week, you go in and ask for pay. The Man says “we will only pay within 4 weeks after the invoices have been submitted in” If I understand that right, that’s another four weeks, wait! By this time the Contractor will have no income. The Contractor will incur debt and have used most of his pocket money for gas, meals, supplies which will be in access of $600-$900+. Travelon will force you to work consistent 10-12 or more hours per day, 50+ hours a week, 7 days a week. You will not have time for rest room or lunch breaks. Most likely emotional distress will seep in. No income equals no bill pay, no spendy money, no life etc... Drivers at this time should be considered employees instead of Independent Contractors.
Most contactors are pulling hair right now, rechecking their book-keeping skills, doing calculations looking for the money they’ve made, all the hours they’ve spent working that has not been paid. Where is the money he promised to pay back at the beginning for completing his tasks or “work flexible hours; make up to $800 per week take home pay after deducting all expenses including the fuel (up to $1100 if you use your own van); get as many clients and trips as you can handle; get paid within three weeks." THIS IS AN EMPLOYMENT SCAM. THE OWNER HAS NO INTENTIONS OF PAYING. At Least 90% of new Drivers are forced to leave without any pay. Yes, the business does have a few long time drivers but this is a ploy. This Business man has been scamming people this way for years. Wakeup Minnesota this is REAL someone must stop this person and close down his business for good.
Do a simple search on the internet and you will find people who have also been scammed or mistreated by the owner of this company. Do a Search for the owner himself!
