My husband was suffering from severe low energy and heard ads for "noxitril"... a drug supplement purporting to be for not just male enhancement (a bonus no matter your circumstance), but largely for his fatigue. He ordered the product and it made him feel very sick. He canceled. Despite their "full refund" claim, they only refunded a small portion of the money he paid. That was in August.
Since then, we've found recurring charges on our credit card for various things including something listed as "TRAVELSAV"--in the amount of 24.95. I called their resolution number, only to be met with smarmy, sarastic operators who refused a full refund, then purported to put me in touch with a "floor supervisor" named "Forest". I asked Forest for a direct contact number for their company's legal department, so that I might dispute the charges in writing and pursue further legal action. He refused. Then he told me "they don't give out that information", then when I pushed to find out where he'd gotten our bank card information, I was told that it was through the Noxitril purchase. I requested evidence, again asking for information from the legal department.
When pushed, "Forest" would not give me the location of the company or any other information... until I told him I would pursue legal remedy through my bank and legal rep. At that time, he offered a full refund for all transactions: claiming it would be rec'd within 3-7 days.
I received a follow up call immediately after (same original smarmy operator, using a different name) asking me if I was satisfied with the company's response. I told her I had not rec'd any refund and I was unwilling to comment until I'd seen the refund.
NOXITRIL has sold our personal information resulting in incalculable harrassment calls from all manner of phone scammers. NOW we find that they have given away our credit card information. We had to close our accounts and yes... we are pursuing legal remedy.
I will update as this company shows more of itself.
They picked the wrong family: You can't swing a dead cat here at Christmas without hitting a lawyer or legislator.
