BEWARE OF SCAM ARTIST COMPANY WHO DOESNT PAY THERE BILLS Transport GMS Menard Inc - Saint Nicolas QB also known as Transport Lauri Inc 418-831-7796 or 418-923-3125 this company order a tire service to be done on 3-9-16 in lawerence massachusetts we go out there for a swap because the tire they had on was like 12 years old 12r22.5 we call Mr.Fabien Menard the owner who curses saying f**, he gave us the go ahead to change the tire so we did everything was good. 21/2 months later we get a call from Monique Picard saying the tire sheddered in pieces and needed to be change another 50 miles down the road, so we stated bring us the receipt from the company who changed it and we will give you a credit, of course they didn't do that,They dispute the charges on the credit card. they are very rude,disrespectful canadaians I have ever dealt with in this business for a long time. Anyways I called the driver Jerry ph# 418-955-1279 he stated the tire never blowed up and has no Idea why his company is saying this and not paying you guys. I spoke to Monique Picard one piece of work who needs ethically skills in customer service.This is not there first rodeo stating they will call mastercard and tell them to shut your account down.Just beawre do not take credit cards from this company they will dispute the charges,We will be contacting the DISTRICT ATTORNEY.About this company should be not allowed in the USA for any business they are a scam scam.
