First red flag is they don’t have a customer service phone number to call so when my order was 5 days late I had to go back and forth through email with Ben their apparent customer care manager. Then when my order finally arrives a week late it’s a little $5 ice cube tray instead of my $150 order.
I don’t know if someone switched out the label or if they actually duped me but one would assume if this company cared about its customers it would take action and overnight the actual order and handle it...but not even close. Ben told me to take my problem up with the post office and quote "as far as my customer service goes this is as far as I’ll be helping you”
