Once Janet Shaughnessy has pocketed your money, and you start having problems and questions...you are told to just go to the Facebook group for Transcribe Anywhere and get your questions answered. Or email her assistant, Marsha, who will give you BS responses.
In the Facebook group you will soon discover that most of the other people can't figure how to turn on a printer, let alone type. And be warned...Janet does like to be confronted with calling her out on her mistakes.
Do the math: If you are paying $900, and 50 other people are paying the same to Janet in one month, how much is Janet's monthly income? Answer: $45,000/month.
