Dead head you 200 miles for a load that pays 400 really to go another 700 miles do the math on that you as the driver are paying to deliver their loads they already have been paid for in contract with the customer with that being said my husband got his friend to come o er thinking that this is a new company they will work out the bugs but that's not happening the ram his friend into the hole and back out now they won't pay him his settlement they leave him with no money on the road they have come up with reasons to keep his money that are not true refusing to pay him this is s very short version of all the bs they put their drivers thru the reason I write this is I don't want more drivers to go thru what many that have come and gone from tradition have gone thru DO NOT WORK FOR TRADITION TRANSPORTATION*
This company runs drives without pay or little pay and if you leave them they keep yany pay you might have coming Do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY they lie cheat and steal their drivers
This company will rip you off take your money and leave you on the road with nothing especially when they cause you to lose everything. They might at once or twice a month and they want give you a complete break of why and show you nothing. I leased a peterbilt with tradition trans out of angola, i cancelled my lease just like my contract said, 3 days written notice, well they made a mistake and emailed me my payroll stub for the next pay peiod, this is week 3 and still havent seen my money, i told them if i was legally bound by the cobtract, then so were they, they quit answering my calls, quit returning my emails, so before you go, just know they will run you, and not pay you, they are not transparent with the rates at all. I found a little help on the fmcsa website, you can report shabby companies for dirty buisness tricks, so i reported one night, and by 10 the next morning i got a call from washington dc. They will pay you only what they want to pay you, you can only fuel at loves,even though you have a comdata card with no money on it, and you will only be dispatched on enough runs to pay truck payments, and a very small check if any, and if you leave, they will make no effort to pay you what is owed to you. Stay Away from this company, 1 star rating is too much for this company, it is a revolving weekly door, dont believe me?...ask google.
