Tradeking is a terrible stock trading platform I will use emails to illustrate the lies and schemes used by this company in order to prevent customers from leaving and withdrawing funds from this institution: Dear Ralphael, Thank you for contacting TradeKing. My funds are settled and I have provided you both a bank statement and a photo ID. Despite this, the account remains unverified. It has been longer than three days. It takes absolutely nothing to transfer into the account, but it becomes an ordeal to withdraw funds. All I have done is lose money. The transfers are always rejected for the same ridiculous reason (ACH Fund hold). The funds have been in the account for well over 10 days. What is the course of action if this one is rejected? Under Federal rules all financial institutions are required to have an Anti-Money laundering (AML) policy Unfortunately as part of our policy there are hold times after recent deposit before funds can be withdrawn. The wire was rejected due to the 60 day hold which was a valid rejection. As was explained in an earlier email, the ACH transfer you requested was rejected in error and you only needed to request another online to complete the withdrawal. I have initiated an ACH transfer for the full remaining value of the account on your behalf which will go out Monday. I have also scheduled the account to be closed at that time.
