Not sure how many people entered into CONTRACTS with this company, however they required your personal as well as your business details. They then use your credentials to apply for the $2,500.00 via SEC or the TREASURY which is said to be refundable once the loan is approved. However, if you choose to pay the $250.00 monthly they are still receiving double payments, but via the application they have already gotten paid. This is a violation of 15 USC 1681(M) meaning we submitted our applications in good faith and did not received credit. We are the original creditors. So you should take the time to file suit against a company for using your social and not receiving credit. Or you could lien the company as well as each individual that was involved in your contract. It's 2023 and it is time to "KNOW YOUR RIGHTS". You expect once you give your pertinent information via the contract with stipulations you should receive your loan. That is not the case, they string you along making you pay monthly only to have ANOTHER bogus lender reach out to you and say they can help you and you send them your information and they do the same...to tell you no we can't help you.
