Basically scam service department. My car needed a replacement hose$250. Got quote by my work (another Toyota dealership) but they don't have the part. Was told just go to the dealership by my house. Ok I called, they said they can price match and get it fixed next day. Get a call later saying it's now going on be $480 and won't be fixed for another week!!! If I didn't want the service they will still charge me $120 for diagnostics! What kind of scam is this?! I already had a diagnostic done now they are saying they can't take the notes from the other dealer. I spoke with director and customer servicer manager, still no help. If I don't want the service I need my car towed away because it's not drivable anymore. I called 2 other dealerships and both told me it was $250 to replace the part. On top of that, I need to get my own rental car for the next week because they won't cover it anymore.
