Said it would take 2 months to see my new sight. When I did, it was NOTHING like I requested and I was out $600+. They also claimed (LIED) about my current SEO. They did NOT convert my whole site either. When I pointed this out they refused to refund my money. I am going to the BBB.
Townsquare Interactive is a massive scam and fraud. They operate a large telemarketing boiler room in an effort to trick unsuspecting business owners in to thinking they will market them on Google. They do not provide any real services, they just take your money and tell you that they are "working on your account" when they are actually doing nothing at all except for billing you each month. Townsquare Interactive has hundreds of negative reviews all over the internet that they have paid thousands of dollars to try and cover up. Their Yelp account alone is a horrific look at the terrible things they do to business owners who already have small budgets to begin with.
