I was supposed to have representative Randy to my house to cook my 13 guests a wonderful dinner and receive my $500 worth of cookware (for having 3 married couples at the dinner). However, 4 minutes before he was due to arrive at my house, and all my guests were already in route to my house, he texted me to cancel. He couldn't even pick up a phone to call me. He hid behind his phone through a text message. He left me in a serious bind and stranded.
After spending $100, Papa Johns saved the day. I'm highly disappointed in your company and in your representative Randy. I will never attempt to host another party for Towncraft or accept Randy into my home. I will make it my mission to let everyone know how horrible Towncraft and representative Randy are. The worse customer service ever. I wasted $100 trusting Towncraft and representative Randy. I will never make that mistake again. Now, I'm out $100 and no free cookware (which I supposedly won).
