Sent my F350 to the shop because it would not crank they called and said a sensor was out it would cost 250 bucks to replace we told them to go ahead. The next day they called back said the truck cranked up and ran for 3 minutes then lost compression on the passenger side the motor was blown up and that they had wrecked the driver side of the truck while pulling it into the service station because it slid down the icy ran into another vehicle it would cost $19,000 for a new motor but if I would not fall the wreck on their report or their insurance that they would fix the truck and put a new motor in for 13,000 we told him no we sent a body got there to estimate the damages got her a bill for $2,900 yes they said they have a guy they'll use and he has to make $1,300 worth of damage who is a individual outside of the dealership we told him no they refused to take our estimate they gave us a check for $1,300 that day so the truck had to be removed immediately from their parking lot it was bad weather conditions we tried to pull it but the roads were too icy so we put it in the parking lot across the way the city towed the truck it would cost $1,600 to get it out of impound we are unable to get it out of impound and cut our losses and I'm still paying the remaining balance on a truck that I do not have and we had bought another truck in Texas and now the extended warranty plan from the truck we have bought from them last year prior to this they will not call me back or get with me to get reimbursed on the extended warranty either
