I usually don't want to bother to take time and put my name and email address on the internet for any of the report. But this things happened to me, and I don't want anybody be the victims again! It may be easier for me to just forget about what happened and think I spent my money on drinking or something stupid. But I think they need to be punished on what they do and people need to know.

I received a fax through my company fax as 'Memo". It was labeled as corporated discount to all Employees. Since I was looing for a vacation package for my sisters family who want to visit Hawaii, I thought I should give it a try.

It was all Inclusive and 5 nights and 6 days resort stay for $99 per adult in Cancun, Pueto Vallarta, Jamaica or Hawaii. Package will open for 1 full year. I called the number 1-877-493-8854 and talked with Sean and Mitchell regarding the dates.

Since my sister's family is coming during Aug 23, I talked with them and got dates. Only thing I haven't decided for what hotel since they had two places. I said I will call back for the hotels and they said they would send me the confirmation. I was told it will be $330 including the booking fee.

They wanted money to be paied. I might have given the credit card number. They called me that my bank is not authorizing because of the foreign transaction. (I should have stopped there!!!!). I called my bank to authorize the payment. After payment, they sent a confirmation letter which is a little diffrent from what we discussed on the phone. When I read it, it wasn't exaclty saying which dates and which location. But, since I already "booked" everything, I thought it was just a way of them saying to secure the confirmation.

When I called them back, now they gave different number to call to book. I said I already booked everything, they said there is different number to call to book. When I called the number, the things started. Like many people mentioned, the phone wasn't working good. After a lot of holding and pause without any sound for several times, when I finally got a hold of somebody called John Spencer, they said they don't have Hawaii open now so I need to call them back in a couple of weeks. I coudln't believe it.

It wasn't easy to call when you have to work. I spent a couple of weeks. When I tried they said still no inventory. After several times of trying, I gave up. I asked money back since the whole reason is for goting to Hawaii. They said I can only sell it to somebody or no refund. I checked the paper contract, and it said it is already paid to the hotel and that's is why there is no refund. But where is the Hotel that I paid?????

In the meantime, I was able to book a room for my sister's family through my timeshare resort, so I said I don't need Hawaii anymore. I figured Hawaii will be never available anyway from them. They sent me a page with bunch of web links of the hotels in Mexico.

Few month later, I tried to book a place in Cabo for my children's mid winter break. I called them again. On the hotel website, the room was available.

Debbie Pryor, the manager with very casual voice on the street with no professionalsim said there is no place in Cabo during the time (I am wondering she even checked!!). I asked about Aug and Dec 2016 availability of rooms. Nothing was available. I asked the possibility of Las Vegas and Florida. Nothing was available, of course. I finally asked about Cancun. She seems like she is loosing patience. She said "Ma'am, do you have a pencil or something you can write on? There will be $300 resort fee for the stay and $390-$690 upgrade fee per person." I asked whether there is anything available without the upgrade fee or with lower upgrade fee? She said, "no."

When she got really rude on me and keep repeating the fees again, I lost my patience, too. I hung up with her and finally give up the idea that I would get something out of them. In conclusion, they are not professionals and just trying to steal people's money. I figured.
