Ordered the 2 pack of 100 solar lights via Groupon deal on May 3, 2015. The package was delivered with a broken panel in one of the boxes toward the end of May. I contacted Touch of Eco for a replacement and they sent another box of lights promptly. The lights completely stopped working at the end of September. The panel is in direct sunlight, just as many of my other solar products made by different manufacturers. The lights were put up around my gazebo in my backyard away from animals and hazardous materials. We do not have hazardous weather. I do not see any reason as to why these lights stopped working after only 3 months. I contacted Touch of Eco and they only warrant their products for 60 days and did not offer any troubleshooting tips nor an apology. I would not recommend this company nor their products to anyone.
I brought TwinSpot Solar Motion Light from Touch of ECO through groupon and it only last 6 months. It went out , I contacted Touch of ECO, they advised me it only carries 90 days warranty, In other words, even themselves do not think their products can last. The worst part is they do not sell the battery they claimed it went bad. You just lost all your money. Do not even think of buying their products. It is inferior beyond doubt
Purchased a set of two Square Solar Outdoor Lights around 5/19/2015 via a Groupon add. I installed the lights on a second home in Florida on 06/13/2015 and they were working correctly. On 06/18/2015, I went down to Florida and one of the lights were not working. I uninstalled the lights and found that they were filled with water. One of the lights had the solar panel discolored, and both lights had discoloration of the led reflection plate. When I contacted Groupon, the told me to contact the vendor. I contacted the vendor and they were nice enough to tell me that they only warranty the lights for 60 days after delivery. I tried to convey that these lights cannot be outdoor lights if they were filled with water. How the water got in them I will never know. I do not have photos now, since they are drying in the garage in Florida. So I lost $25 for not notifying them quick enough, but I feel they should not have filled with water due to some defect.
