I called the merchant number on the CC statement and asked why the $77.21 were charged. The answer was that we must contact them about the product within 14 days. I just noticed the charge on my CC, I said. Then the lady on the phone told me that I can return the bottle, if unopen. I said we are supposed to try it, how can we try the product without open it? The answer was: sorry that's our return policy.
