I returned the trial product after contacting the company to cancel all products. One month later I was charged $94 and called and emailed to no avail about getting a refund and sending back the product. Another month passed after many calls and emails where they could not find my account and I've been charged again. Finally talked to an American who tells me they do not issue refunds or accept retuned product and hung up.
I ordered this product because I thought it was indorsed by Joanna Gaines, thought the results were stunning. The product did notthing for my skin and kept coming each month with no contact info inside. This month there was some info on the product, called the company, asked to return all unopened , sealed containers and they state they do not except returns. They would not refund my money and were unbending. Do not fall for this. I am contacting my credit card company to see if I have any recourse there.
4.95 turned into hundreds of dollars for a skin cream that doesn't work it falsely advertised using shark tank. Alucia inherent beauty ys cream the list goes on. Rip off.
They got my mom with a "Free 14 day sample" and then they just sent her the full product for full price of $94! Not even a good product!! When you call to return and cancel they say your account is eligible for a 35% lifetime discount, after you decline and some more silence, they say "ok actually you are available for a 50% lifetime discount" NO! I'M CANCELLING and I want to Return!! they say they don't accept returns!!!! Hopefully they will actually cancel the account!!!! I made my Credit card company aware and they are going to be disputing with them. This SCAM P.O.S company will get whats coming to them!
I took a survey after making purchases at Amazon. I was to receive a free trial size for a 1 time shipment. I have since been billed four times at $84.99.
I have tried calling and emailing and have not received any responses. When you call, the mail boxes of the people are full, so you can't leave a message. When I send an email, I don't receive any information back from them. There is no way to cancel these shipments, but they keep charging me for product I don't want, nor did I request.
I order trial size of skin care product, called shorting after getting the trial and cancelled, then 2 charges for 84.99 were taken from my bank acct,,,, called again, this time i go a cancellation email with confirmation number with it dated for 1/2/17, and now again 2/7 have charge me again, tried calling all mailboxes are full and sent them a eamail which i ve had no response from. i am disablied veteran and cannot afford to be ripped off like this
