In April I placed an order with Wonderful Flyers I purchased a Car Magnet and Business cards for my son and I. I can not contact them because there is no number provided, however I sent them several emails pertaining to my order. I advised them I placed orders but yet to received my orders. I also checked my account and the money was taken out of my account I copy and paste the information in an email. No response.. This makes not sense they are taking hard earn people money who are starting their own business. If possible, I would like for a lawyer to look further into this matter because I want my money back. I work too hard to have my money stolen from me. They should be shut down..
The company sent the wrong package to me and when I finally got in touch with their customer service department I was told that they don't have an automatic return policy and I would have to send it back at my own expense, put the receipt in with the return and I would then get my postage refunded. I ws told the sooner I send it back the quicker I can get my original order. It cost me $44.95 to send it back and I took a picture of the receipt before I enclosed it. After 2 months of not having any type of response I email the company only to find out that they can't refund my postage and that they only refund standard postage. Why wasn't this explained in full detail while being told to return the items as soon as possible?
