Pickup was at a Circle K gas station. Bus was over 3 hours late. No text or email with an update on the schedule. When I called them it was difficult to find someone who spoke english.
No way to cancel the ticket. Won't be using this company again.
My mother physically came to their establishment to purchase two tickets two Mexico for 6:00 !!! what time "6:00" & the lady let her know there was 4 seats left on the bus NOT 0 "4!!" my mother purchased seats 32 & 27 .Three days go by & we're supposed to depart at 6:00 we get to the establishment at "5:30"like they said .My mom went in & asked for the lugagge tickets the lady told her to look for a man outside to check her off, she did just that & got the tickets.About 8 minutes later we come to the realization that the luggage tickets had the
departure time set at "8:00" my mom talked to the man that checked her off & he said she wasn't on the list my mom complained in the front office they said that she could wait to see if their was seats available ? why would my mother have to wait she had already paid for her tickets they were confirmed .They had 3 days to call my mother & they argue they called her about an hour before she had to be here but no one answered. If no one answered what right did they have ti change my mothers departure time ??in the end the bus driver said there was no seats left very carelessly.
